e me an estimate John responded to my initial call for an estimate with 15 minutes. He came out that day to give us an estimate for the jobs we needed. He scheduled us within a week . John is extremely professional and easy to work with. He was meticulous and his attention to detail was fabulous. He was very considerate of our neighbors' cars, mobiles, plants in regard to wind direction. The final product was excellent and he had more work to do with our neighbors before he finished our work. I can't recommend John highly enough. His integrity and work ethics are impeccable.

John Duggan exudes professionalism in every sense of the word. He called me promptly to schedule a time to meet for an estimate and he began and finished the work during the time frame I needed the work completed. He went over and above what was needed to be done to make sure the job was done to his satisfaction (and my satisfaction). He spent in an inordinate amount of time preparing the walls for painting (patching, filling holes, fixing prior owner mistakes, etc.) He is an expert craftsman at matching the texture on walls. He was reasonably priced, meticulous, and trustworthy. Job was completed in the time frame promised. He made sure that the house was as clean when he completed the job as it was before he started!! I was extremely pleased with the end result. The entire house was transformed by the work that was done. John is friendly and easy to talk to and willing to make concessions for what you want done - even midstream!! He keeps the lines of communications open at all times! I highly recommend John Duggan and Krown Service and will definitely call on them again when I need more painting work done.

Prompt for the quote, which was reasonable. Started right on time, every day. The work was much better than the previous job. I was out of town when they finished, but it was completed on time, with flawless clean up. They seem to really care about thier work.

John came out and gave me an estimate and was available to do the job the next day. He showed up promptly both days. Took a sample of the wall and ceiling to match the colors. He took care of matching and getting the paint. He completed the work in less time than estimated and did a superb job. The wall and ceiling looked like new and perfectly matched the existing colors. He also did some patchwork in the dining room and den at no extra charge. The patchwork was excellent and blended perfectly into the adjacent areas where the repairs were done. Would highly recommend this company. Reliable, reasonably priced and excellent workmanship. Would use again without hesitation.

My wife was dealing with them. I think the quote was somewhere around $3000.00. We found their name on Angie's List. The quote was fine. We just haven't moved forward with the work yet due to finances. He was very professional and gave us a good quote. He was very timely. We haven't used them yet, but they are in the running with the different quotes we got. They were a higher quote, but they are in the running right now.

John is extremely professional, friendly and meticulous about his work. We submitted a request for an estimate by e-mail and John was back to us by phone in 10 minutes. We met the next day and signed the agreement to have the work done. John made some suggestions about the paint scheme which were excellent and was very accomodating and punctual in the performance of his work. We would definitly recommend John and Krown Service for any work you need done in his area of exprtise. We will definitly call on him for any other work that we need done in those areas.

John Duggan of Krown Service did a wonderful job. He is very knowledgeable of his craft and accommodating with job scheduling. He arrived when he said he would and had the job complete within budget and on time. The cost was VERY reasonable, actually the lowest of the bids I had requested. The quality of the work was top-notch. I've dealt with some lousy contractors lately, so it was very refreshing to deal with a true professional who does the job right the first time, with fantastic results. Besides the overall quality of the work performed, there were a couple things that really stood out and reinforced that I had made the right choice in going with John and Krown Service: -John touched up the paint on the shutters I had removed and placed out of the way in preparation for this job, even though I had not requested he do so (I actually meant to, but had forgotten). -I had some old paint left over from when the house was previously painted, but had asked John to get a fresh gallon made for future use. Although he didn't end up needing it for this job, he noticed that it was a few shades too light, so he came back the next day to pick up the paint, took it back to the store to have it darkened and returned it to the house. -John called a few days after the job just to make sure we were still pleased with the work and to thank us for our business. Now that's service!

I dealt with one person from the timely initial response, written estimate and work. Mr. Duggan was prompt, made suggestions when I asked and did quality work. He worked diligently and cleaned up after himself. He was willing to change the color I had chosen for the front door because I wasn't quite sure about it at first. I was impressed from beginning to end and would certainly recommend him and use him again.

John Duggan returned my call promptly. Was always on time. He was reasonably priced, meticulous, and trustworthy. Job was completed in the time frame promised.
