+ 0 moreHe has done work for us several times, and he is top of the line. If you are buying a home, I would recommend him to inspect your home. He picks up on everything. He is intelligent about solving problems that you have around your house. He is very honest, does good quality work, and his pricing is fair. He might not get back to you right away because he is so busy, but he is worth waiting for.
Description of Work: I used Kranz Home Inspection to inspect our home. He has also put in a glass box and a window for us.

+ 0 moreGreat work! William has done a variety of things for us before (repairing a deck, installing aluminum hurricane shutters, etc.). He is smart and extremely competent and conscientious, and his prices are reasonable. He also does a first-class job at home inspections. I have had good handymen before, but he is superior to them all.
Description of Work: He moved out the furniture, ripped out carpeting, and installed laminate flooring in our study.

Description of Work: William Kranz does home inspections for those buying or selling homes. When we purchased our home, our realtor recommended a home inspection company that did a poor job. At a later date, we called on William Kranz who found defects that the original company did not find. We also wanted our home made more hurricane-ready. He added hurricane clips and other reinforcements in the attic to make our roof less likely to blow off in a hurricane. He also pointed out other potential problems.
