Colby kept me informed the whole time, answered all my questions. The installation went very well, the a/c is working very well also. Cleaned up after the installation, took all the old a/c away. Called me each time before he arrived or if he was going to be late. Great service, I would definitely use them again.

On Friday night (after 8 pm) my A/C unit stopped working. Since I am not the subject matter expert on this topic, I was searching for A/C repairman, available after hours, on Friday after 8 pm. I found JOHNSON FAMILY AIR CONDITIONING INC on Angie's List and that they were still available on Friday night until 11 pm. Called the number and spoke to Allen. Allen listened carefully and said he would be available in 30-45 minutes. Allen showed up on time. He checked the A/C handler and identified the issue quite quickly. It was a drainage issue. After 45 minutes of fixing, he was done with the job, and me happy with a working A/C unit. I really appreciate Allen for being available, understanding and very helpful. My family is happy to have a nice cold air running now.

Called Allen about 8 pm on Friday night after waiting 4 hours on another company. The capacitor went out on the a.c. unit. Allen came over at 9:45pm repaired the a.c. and we were back cooling off by 10:30pm. He gave me a price over the phone with no after hours premium. He was kind, courteous, punctual and sincere. Nice guy. I would use him again. His prices were exteremly reasonable. I appreciate an honest mechanic.

We found ourselves in the absolute worst possible situation-- I was leaving for vacation the next morning, and I came home from work Friday afternoon to a 90+ degree home. It was vital that I get the A/C fixed before leaving. I called six different A/C companies to try and get someone to check out my issue that same night, but most were unavailable and others didn't respond. When I finally got ahold of Mr. UpCharge at RipOffAirConditioning Company, I was promised a full inspection for an overcharged after-hours fee. I reluctantly agreed and waited over an hour for the technician to arrive. The end result to Mr. UpCharge's analysis of my A/C unit was that he had never seen an issue like this and wanted me to buy a new A/C unit. Uh, no. I thanked Mr. UpCharge for NOTHING and called Allen at Johnson Family Air Conditioning. Right away Allen was able to tell me how bogus the first technician's solution was. Allen came out to my house AT MIDNIGHT after coming from another A/C repair job out of town. Within 30 minutes of Allen's arrival and his complete expert analysis on our A/C unit, he was able to find some rotted wires. He stripped the rotted wires and re-connected the good wire back together. That's it. That's all it was. An old unit needed some wire touch-ups. I'm so lucky to have been able to find Allen and his company. He did a FANTASTIC job, saved us a TON of money, and I would not waste another dime on any other Air Conditioning company in the area as long as Allen Johnson is in business. Thank you again Allen for the great job you did!

Johnson Family A/C can be characterized as PERFECT. This company is owned and led by Allen Johnson who is exceptionally professional. He and his employees arrive on time, work hard and explain what they are doing as they go along. Allen was very patient as I interrogated him regarding the different qualities of each brand and size of A/C equipment, and this patience helped me feel confident in the equipment installed. In addition all of the install work was very neat and they cleaned up at the end of every day. I will always rely on Allen and Johnson Family A/C to keep us cool in summer and warm in the winter.

They also serviced my previous unit which was old and eventually replaced. At a prior service call I was told of two things that needed replacing but when it came to the actual replacement, only one of the parts was actually defective and they only replaced the one needed. I don't know of many companies that would do that. So I've been using them ever since.

I had been having trouble with an ac unit in a rental property. Upon a friend's recommendation I called Johnson Family AC. Allen Johnson, the owner, is the one who answered the phone. We scheduled a time for him to look at the situation. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Rather than just trying to sell a new unit he explained my options. In the end it made financial sense to replace the system with a new one and a 10 year warranty. We set a date for the work and once again he arrived on time and prepared with 2 of his employees. The work was done same day as promised and worked as described. It was a sense of security that I dealt with the owner of the company rather than a commissioned salesman.
