+ -1 moreExcellent tile work, including thorough discussion of various design and layout possibilities. Both Jim and Dan are experienced tile setters, working efficiently together , with some good-natured conversation with customer.
Description of Work: Needed to put a quality tile down over a 5 x 7 foot concrete pad. Job was too small for most tile companies, and initially contacted First Class Handyman for the work. First Class Handyman was not experienced in tile setting, but in turn recommended Jim-Dan Tile. Jim-Dan offered reasonable estimate during initial visit, including experienced description of various options in tile layout. Work started two days later, and required only a few hours. Finished work was superb, with attractive bordering and pattern throughout the field. Very pleased. Also surrounding work area was cleaned, and new tile protected from any passing Florida rain shower by a sheet of plastic.
