NO damages, NO unexpected fees, everything went as smooth as they promised it would. I will use them in the future and also recommend them to all of my family members and friends. Wonderful experience!! I requested an estimate in which Carson was sent out to estimate my move. I received a written quote the same day. The movers where awesome! They packed & moved me all in the same day. I was really stressing out over this move so hiring Iron Man was the best decision I made!!

I moved here from Georgia and needed some help unloading a truck. I called the day I arrived, they fit me into their schedule and sent Dan and Carson out within the hour. Dan and Carson worked exceptionally hard and where very friendly and professional. Great customer service!

Finding good movers that you can trust is hard. So when I moved here from Atlanta I was apprehensive about hiring movers to help me unload my things. When the movers showed up they were friendly, professional and they worked hard for the 3 hours they were at my house. I am glad I made the choice to use Iron Man Moving & Storage. I will recommend them to anyone needing moving services in the Tampa Bay area! Job well done guys thank you!

THESE GUYS WERE AMAZING! I bought the Angie's List coupon for 6 hours expecting my move to take at least 6 hours. Carson,DB and Mike hustled there butts off and had my move taken care of in 4 hours! They were meticulous in their way of protecting my furniture while doing it so fast I was hypnotized. Best experience I have EVEN had with a moving company. Best experience I have EVER had with a moving company! I have moved over 3 times in the past year and had horrible past experiences!! Iron Man has an exceptional team of members that were a pleasure to have in my home. I am not even going to hesitate on who to call for my next move. IRON MAN MOVING is already hired!!!!

I had my move booked with A+ for over 2 months. Our closing on our new house kept getting pushed back. Every time I contacted them to see if they had availability for my new date they accommodated me. Thadeus & Kendall were great at keeping in contact with me either via phone or email answering every question We had. Move day came and I was just as pleased with Mike and Cory (the moving guys they sent). They were quick, efficient, friendly and careful with my belongings. I did have some damages to my hardwood floors however it was not a problem because Thadeus had someone out to fix the damages the next day!! EXCELLENT customer service!!! I hope we don't have to move again in my lifetime but if we do we will definately use A+ Quality!

Awesome company!! I booked last minute and could not believe they could accommodate my time frame needed. I had an elevator reservation that needed to be met and they met it! Carson and Danny showed up and they meant business! Worked their butts off! They were a pleasure to have around. Could not have asked for a better experience! It was fantastic. The staff was always friendly and helpful and even though I rescheduled they were still accommodating. The movers came today and were friendly and courteous. I had to beg them to take a break. It was hot and it was a lot of stuff. They kept working through it all. I will recommend them for any move, best of all - there were no surprises. The price stayed as the original quoted price which was fair and affordable. Thanks guys, Carson, DB and Tony - great guys. Thaddeus was always friendly through texts, calls and emails. Awesome company.

We had used them before via an online offer a year ago. We looked into using that offer again, and when I contacted them via email, and sent a detailed inventory for the move, they quoted my move would take 5-7 hours. (keep in mind my last move with this same company took only three and a half hours and was relatively the same driving distance between addresses) I was also confused because the pricing they gave me was much less expensive than their advertised offer. When I asked them about this, they stated that there was a $90 service/travel fee if I used the offer, and that their additional hourly fee was higher with this offer. They told me that there is mileage restriction on the offer(25 miles) and that is calculated from their shop and back at the end of the move. They also told me that the offer was one per household, which is understandable. I was unaware when I was looking into this offer. All of this information was in stark contrast to the first email I received before we discussed the offer. I quote: "The move clock starts when the movers arrive at the pick up location and ends when the move is complete at the drop off location. There are NO service/fuel fees or trip charges." So in conclusion, we did not book our moving services with A+ Quality Moving, and never will again. I find it very shady that a company would offer a discounted offer, yet raise every other fee associated with the move to the point that I would have been paying $100 more for a 5 hour move with the offer than I would with their regular rates. It took their team member, Kendhal over 24 hours to answer each of my emails. There has been a sharp decline in the level of their helpfulness and customer service in the last 12 months.

FANTASTIC, the guys arrived early and were very prepared and super professional. Did a great job. We could not be happier and will definitely recommend them to friends/family as well will use them in the future.

they did a great job. they did have insurance i asked one of them what would happen if they broke my tv and they said they would replace it if they broke it. Excellent work, moved everything super quick. the guys were really nice. i felt bad having them move stuff in the blazing heat.

They gently wrapped and moved heavy furniture items from one to another. They were very friendly and punctual .

The movers did an awesome job and work their buts off to get the move done as quickly and safely as possible. I would use them again to move my home and here's why. The movers dropped my refrigerator why moving it up my driveway. There was a slight incline and the fridge fell of the dolly. Long story short, Thaddeus at A+ went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that not only was my refrigerator replaced with a brand new one, he came out of pocket to cover the costs to ensure I was happy. They delivered a check to me within days and I had a brand new fridge within a week of the move. I HIGHLY recommend this moving company and will use them again.

3BR house no stairs and a 10x10 storage unit. 2 of our BRs had bunk beds. Moved to a 4br house 2 hours away. 3 story house. Also moved my mothers Grand Paino saflely. They Blanket wrapped everything before it left our house. Great experience!! Great and under budget. Hard working young guys!!

There were two concerns that came up. One, they did not mention that A+ (Ironman) do not move boxes from and to attics. That was OK but only found out after they left. The other problem that came up was a cracked double-door glass. They issue was not handled well. To my surprise, I was told that A+ were only liable for $.06 a pound (door was probably 20 lbs and $1500). For that reason, I would not use them again. The contract states: "Please be aware there is always the possibility for damages and lost items regardless of the mover you choose. All claims are to be reported in writing and filed within 5 (five) days of your move date to be honored. We are not liable for any damaged or lost items beyond the basic valuation protection shown above." The $.06 per pound only applies to moving articles, not moving damage to doors/exteriors. A+s position was that their men did not damage the door. It could be argued either way, but should have been handled differently. Fortunately the warranty on the door covered the repair from the main vendor..

It was the second time I used this company because everything went well on the first time. On June 8th they call me much earlier by 10:20 AM to ask me if they could show up in half hour because they had a cancellation. My moving window was from 2:00 to 4:00 PM so I still had some things to put together to be ready for the crew but I said yes to their request because I wanted to accommodate them despite the overburden to myself. When the crew show up I did emphasized the importance of being very careful especially with the two Bedroom Set pieces. Mike (the crew head) assured me that they already know the procedure for those specific items, so not to worry!, so I just trust the guys and I went about my business to finish packing my last items and totally overlooked how they managed my furniture. Big mistake from my part!!. Everything went allrigh until two days later after my move I discover two noticeable cracks on the surface of one of the night tables and I reported to A + immediately. They told me that they need to see and weight the piece of furniture to determine what they were liable for. When two men showed up (one of them was Mike) clearly was stated that the damage was significant and they did not understand how it could happen but they were very sorry for the incident and they were going to do anything in their power to fix it or to take care of me fairly. On June 15( two days later) I got an email saying that they have determined the weigh of the damaged night table (180 lbs) and that they can pay me .60 cents per pound for a total of $108. These compensation for their negligence is more that insulting to me. The damage piece of furniture happens to be part of a very elaborate and very unique bedroom set for it's quality, workmanship and style, and the damage night table cannot be manufactured to replace it because the company went out of business years ago. I purcahsed this Bedroom Set for $6036.90 in March 2002. It was used for only 3 years in New Jersey. Then it was professional packed for my move to Florida in 2005. Since then the Bedroom set has been packed away in perfect condition, except for the night tables, but I have been a dedicated guardian of them. I made sure they are preserved in a like new condition as the rest of the set. My intention was to make it available for sale for at least 50% of the original price considering a fair depreciation despite it's top condition. This is not an option for me anymore after this incident. My beautiful bedroom set is not longer so disareable with one of the nigh tables broken. .If I accept from A + to compensate me only $180, the value of the loss to me would be $2800, this would be just plain unfairness. I pledge for some justice please!

Our townhouse was a challenge--we had big furniture and a tight turn radius. Mike and his team moved large furniture without scratching our walls. They were pleasant, professional, and they had a great quality control process, having us check before and after the move to ensure our needs were met. My husband and I really appreciated their positive attitude and energy. They did a great job. We'd do business with them again.

Two very friendly, professional workers showed up on time to move our 100 year old player piano. They were courteous and took their time wrapping the piano up completely so it was secure. They put it on a dolly, strapped it down and took it out to their truck. I didn't know whether it was going to my friends house or the new house I am buying so they offered to keep it on the truck that afternoon until I found out where it was going! Then, they called me and when i still wasn't sure, they offered to keep it in their air conditioned storage room without charge for up to two weeks if I needed to! Who even does that anymore? These guys do! I will definitely use them again for my final move into my new home. They not only have the best prices, more importantly, they obviously enjoyed doing a good job and even went out of their way to help a stranger. It was a pleasant experience having such thoughtful people trying to help us out.

I have moved nine times over the last five years and this company was by far the most professional and organized moving company I have ever worked with. From start to finish they had everything organized with the paperwork and what to expect, sent over pricing for boxes and additional services, etc. Sent multiple reminders and responded quickly to questions and changes. Had to move my date with only a two day notice and it was no problem. The crew that showed up was very courteous, professional and attentive. Called an hour before they arrived and followed all the rules of my gated community. They took care in wrapping up and moving my items. Made sure to not hit walls or damage any furniture or my houses. The worked nonstop for 8 hours and never asked for a thing. By far the best moving crew I have ever worked with. I would use them again and would 100% recommend them to any of my friends and family.

It was okay. It was nothing to rave about. They were late. I attribute that to whoever scheduled in that they scheduled a prior move to a high-rise downtown, which I know from my experience as a former mover that's going to be a long day. Ergo, my appointment was delayed significantly. Other than that, they were average. They could schedule better. Honestly, whoever is doing the scheduling isn't familiar with moving.

It went perfectly. Two nice guys. They were on time, and professional.
