Description of Work: We needed someone to help us move from a storage shed to an apartment in tampa. A+ called as soon as I requested information, showed up early and were super professional. They even helped rearrange some furniture and handled all of our loved 'hand me downs' with special care!

Description of Work: The were prompt to my home in the morning. From the time they got there until finish they pushed for the "tip" and kept telling me how they were the best movers. They packed up my home without incident but upon leaving they hit the garage door sensor and I couldn't lock my house until I figured out what was wrong. The second part of the move went horribly. Due to one workers carelessness he dropped my vintage oak mirror with an etched glass design. They also dinged up the wall of my new home when the mirror fell and there was glass all over. They took forever setting my stuff back up. They were having trouble putting my trundle bed back together and blamed whom ever moved it last. It was never moved before and functioned just fine until they got their hands on it. It creaks and moves and has never been the same. They didn't level the washer and dryer. I have a disabled husband who can't do this so I had to try and do it on my own. The company said they would cover all the damage but all I got was a plain mirror put in my frame and that took 3 weeks to complete. The owner never answered my messages about getting the etching done. They never repaired the wall and left glass throughout the carpet. Again, they still pushed for that tip. Needless to say, I have a tip. Hire folks who know what they are doing. This is not what I expected from an Angies List member.

Description of Work: If there was an A+++ rating I would have given this company the rating. Everything went according to plan. The price was fair, they were on time and they went to extra mile to make sure things were right. It's refreshing to know that there are still companies out there who truly care about their customers!
