 + -1 moreI did not enter an approximate cost, but Angie's list required it, so I entered $1. I believe for something like my mortgage, this is private info. :-) The price was fair and lower than the incompetent broker's price was going to be.
Description of Work: My mortgage broker (also hired off of Angie's List) was completely over his head for the job. I had a week to go before closing and was still awaiting financing. I found Johnny and he got me closed in time! My Realtors (both long-term people who told me AFTER I fired the previous broker) that they were amazingly impressed with Johnny (and had been secretly wishing I would fire the other one). Thanks, Johnny. You really pulled this one out of the fire.

 + -1 moreI contacted Johnny, and he immediately started work on finding a mortgage with the best benefits that met our criteria. There was a short time frame to accomplish the task. He worked tirelessly on it until the job was done. He was in constant contact with us. Anytime we called he answered. He gave us his cell and work phone so he could always be reached. He went above and beyond the call of duty. There were times he even came to my house to get papers signed to make sure they were submitted in time. To top it all off, he even came to the closing to make sure it went off without a hitch. Mortgage brokers never come to closings. Johnny did!
Description of Work: I hired Johnny to find a mortgage for my daughter who was to be a first time home-buyer. He found us a great mortgage with a lot of added benefits. We did not pay him out of pocket. His commission was paid in full by the lenders. The only reason I put a figure in the space above is because it is required in order to continue with the submission to Angies' list.
