+ -1 moreBEN IS A TREMENDOUSLY RELIABLE, FLEXIBLE, DEDICATED, A HONEST BUSINESSMAN. HE IS METICULOUS IN HIS WORK AND IS VERY EAGER TO PLEASE. HE TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK AND MAKES SURE THAT YOU ARE SATISFIED. HE CAN WORK AROUND SCHEDULES. HE FOUND TIME TO REFINISH MY FLOORS ON REALLY SHORT NOTICE AFTER I HAD BEEN PUSHED BACK TWICE BY ANOTHER FLOOR REFINISHER. THOUGH HIS QUOTE WAS A COUPLE HUNDRED BUCKS MORE, HE MATCHED THE OTHER COMPANY'S BID.
