Go Green Reglazing

Everything went very well. They were professional and prompt, and they explained what the details of the process were.They turned an ugly green tub into a white one. It was wonderful. I have recommended them to several of my friends.

Overall I was impressed with go green reglazing, there was some initial communication struggles with the gentleman who came out and sold me the job and the gentleman that actually did the job. I was kind of brought into the middle of it which did not make me very happy, but after the full day of work that he did, I was very impressed with the dedication to detail and the ability to stay late and finish what he started. Very good work, reasonable pricing.

We visited their showroom and the next afternoon they were at our home to do as we requested. It took four hours to resurface our countertops. They hid a 37 year-old seam and a chip. We selected glossy white and we love it. The countertop has never looked this good. The warranty is for five years. The low price of the project along with very little disruption, certainly makes it a bargain. All of the people that we dealt with were very professional.

I was somewhat disappointed. I explained from the beginning that I wanted the sink to match my antique toilet which is a grayish white porcelain. I was assured that ts would be no problem. The tech arrived and mixed colors, none of which were even close to matching, I would not allow him to continue. He left saying the owner would be out the next afternoon. The owner arrived after six the next day with many color samples. We chose a grayish one closest to my toilet. The tech arrived, completed the job beautifully BUT not the agreed color. Several days later the owner came to my home again with color samples. He tired to convince me that the finish color was the color we agreed on but that the lighting and shadows made it appear different. I made the decison of rather going through the disruption and fumes that I would just accept the job as complete.

I wanted an estimate; theirs came in at almost twice the nearest competitor, and far more than a new tub.

Overall, it went great. We had a question on the bathtub and they came out immediately and explained what we needed to do. They were also very responsive.

He came out and he was very nice. He came back the very next day we called them. He was quite reliable. The quote was $1800. We decided not to paint the cabinet but if we were we would certainly go with this company.

A great experience. Our project used 2 different paint colors, so it was a 2 day event. One for the tile and one for the tub. The technitions were curteous, punctual, and professional. They both cleaned up after their work was completed. The owners were very professional and they completed their portion of our project to our satisfaction. Thanks again.

We met Mark at the home show and we were impressed with his knowledge and a strong desire to please the customer. He came out and looked at both bathrooms and gave us an estimate which we were satisfied with. We were initially going to get him to reface our kitchen cabinets and spray the counters, but after getting another estimate we decided to let him spray our kitchen but we were going with another contractor for the cabinets. Mark's crew showed up on time and did a nice job with with spraying. I was very unimpressed with their cleanup from one of his men. He left tools and trash all over the floor of bedroom and I almost stepped on razor blades left on floor in bathroom and yard. In my opinion, Mark did a poor job in installing the vanities. I had to go back and fix leaks on the drains in both vanities and Mark cut a hole in a shelf of a brand new vanity because he said the drain trap would not go in without cutting a hole. After I went in after he left and fixed the leak which almost ruined the cabinet I replumbed the drain and discovered that it was completely unnecessary to cut the hole. We had a couple of other issues that he said he would come back and take care of. A drawer on one vanity hit the door trim and would not open correctly and we wanted the soap dish and toothbrush holder in other bath removed because the vanity he put in was too tall and handles on faucet would barely clear. He said he would come back and take care of our issues but we never heard from him since, even though we were going to use him to spray our kitchen counters. Since he never contacted us we called another company who does the same kind of work and got a better deal. Mark seems to have the knowledge and the skills to do a great job but seems to be in too big a rush to do it correctly. He told us originally he had a plumber and contractor who worked with him on projects but he chose not to use them. With the exception of the cleanup issue, his sprayers did a good job. I personally would not use them again and I would recommend if you do hire them, do only for reglazing.

Services were completed on time and exactly as promised. We would use Go Green again.

I had an excellent experience with Go Green Reglazing from start to finish. I had my tub refinished about 2 years ago and it was already peeling again. The warranty with that company was only one year so I purchased a deal on Angie's List from Go Green and it went extremely well. They were very responsive, their prices are fair, and the quality seems very good since they warranty the work for 5 years. The gentleman that did the work was very prompt and showed up a few minutes before scheduled and he worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know and I would contract them again for future jobs.

There was an initial mix up on the original date the work was to be done but the owner, Mark, was very apologetic and was able to reschedule within the next few days. Since I had reglazing done before in a previous home, I knew what to expect. The gentleman that actually did the work was very thorough and I was impressed with the finished product. A little over a week later, when we resumed the remodel work, I noticed a "bubble" or spot that would need to be repaired. I phoned Mark and he personally came out to do the repair. You absolutely cannot tell where the spot had been. They exceeded my expectation on the work performed. This was an Angies List Big Deal and was well worth it!

We originally saw Go Green Reglazing at a home show at the Trop. Liked what we saw. A few months later, we had Mark measure, list options available and provide estimates. We had also received a quote from another company. We settled on Go Green due to responsiveness and product options available. The install date was set for 06/03/2011 at 8:30 am. Mark arrived with a helper at 830 and got to work immediately. They took great care to protect the carpet and the hardwood flooring that they had to cross to do the job. The total process took about 6 hours to complete. We are very happy with the quality of the work, the professionalism exhibited and the pride in workmanship. The price was as quoted. We wanted a new bathroom look without the cost of a complete renovation and we got it. We will use Go Green for future renovations.

It was a great experience. They are very professional. Everything was done on time. I was very pleased with the results. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

We contacted them because I did some research and also looked them up on Angieslist. They were great to deal with. They were very courteous and got right back to us. They sent out information to us and were very responsive.

The special thing they do is putting the glazing on the kitchen counters. They gave us a 10% off because we did two different jobs. They were very helpful. It’s a company run by a husband and a wife. The wife came out and she was the one showed us everything and gave us some ideas. We spoke to her. The husband then came out and they did the job. It probably took two days to do the job. They were very careful. They also hung cloth all over the place because of the spraying. They also gave us a five year warranty on anything. We did call them out because there was a scratch and we had to set up an appointment probably two weeks down the road. The husband then came out and fixed that. That also has a guarantee. I love the countertops. Everyone who sees them thinks they are granite, but they aren’t. It was fantastic for the price I paid. Our cupboards were put up in 1985 and you are only going to get as good as your cupboards are. They were in fairly good condition. So we had them glossed white and we definitely have to do some touch-ups. He took the doors off and sanded them. He took it home instead of doing it there. He then brought them back and put them back up with new hinges. It’s probably going to go if you are doing it on older fixtures like this. I can tell in the baseboards and stuff, which are so old that even the sanding probably won’t help. We also need to do lots of touch-up. They cleaned very well. I am going to have them come back and do our master bathroom like the glazing. They do the shower stalls so that there are no more grout marks. They clean it out first with a power wash and then do that. They didn’t tear out the old cabinets, which we didn’t want to do anyway because we wanted to use the items we had rather than trashing those and bringing in something new. So with that in mind, I got a fantastic deal. You give a little when you do that. I don’t know about other prices in the area and I don’t know what to compare their price to. I was looking for green alternatives online and Go Green Re-glazing/Amazing Re-glazing came up. I don’t know how long it would last and the quality of the job. It’s not going to last for a long time, but I am sure they will come back and do a touch-up for me with no problems. They are a hardworking company. They are very professional and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to others and I would definitely use them in the future knowing the shortcomings since it’s not perfect.

The overall experience went fine. The technicians were prompt and courteous. They had to come back and re-do a job, but they were happy to do that. Part of the tub was bumpy/tacky to the touch, and it should've been smooth. Also, this was done in the summertime when it was hot, and their pump was large, which had to be put in the door. The door had to be open for the 4 hour procedure, so if I would've known that, I could've planned accordingly for the a/c component. However, the tub looks great and overall, I'm happy with their services.

There si no story to tell. I reuested a quote to refurface my countertops and they arrived on time, took meaurements of my countertops, described the service that they provide and showed several samples of finishes that could be applied. She left a written quote for the job. Since they were here, we also discussed refinishing some of my bathroom tile. The quote provided was not entirely out of line, but my finances do not support the expenditure at this time. I am planning on using them, though.

They didn't call back for over a month but I wasn’t going to go with them anyway because of the price. I most likely would not use them.

He seemed like a very nice guy. It was an owner-operator type business and he just seemed like a pleasant young man.

Great- The husband of the owner came a couple of times and everything he did was first rate. We chose this vendor out of four. We chose this vendor because we felt more comfortable with personalities and the sales situation. We did not choose the cheapest quote

I had a 1970's blue bathroom that I wanted updated, but didn't have the budget for a complete remodel. When this company came out and told me what they could do, I was very impressed as it was really reasonably priced. I ended up having them do the refacing of the cabinets, completely redo and update the countertop, and reglaze the old 70's blue on the floor, tub, sink and fixtures. It totally surpassed my expectations, and I absolutely love my new bathroom. I am planning on having them out again to do the same magic on my second bathroom. If you don't have the budget to demolish and completely redo a bathroom, but want a nice upgrade, I strongly recommend you have this company come over and show you what they can do.
