Mike called me February 26th in the afternoon to schedule a time to give us an estimate to replace our tile roof or repair the roof leaks. He scheduled an appointment with me for the following day anywhere from 8:30am-10:30am. He never showed nor did he txt or call me. 11:00am I txt him and and asked if he was going to be a no show and I was merely told he must have mistaken me for someone else. He never asked to reschedule. Thanks Mike for holding me up all morning. I'm sure there are many companies out there looking to replace a tile roof.

The whole job took about 2 weeks! Chris, Carl and John made sure everything ran smooth. They supervised the project and were out on the job nearly every day. They kept in contact and addressed our concerns and questions. It was a relief to go to work knowing they were there making sure our roof was being taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and we have had so many compliments on the job they did. Neat, clean and beautiful. We are very pleased!

I had about 18 estimates. My house is over 3200 sq ft. I had a cave-in my living room. A neighbor's tree came down near the edge of my living room, near the fireplace. It was during rainy season and when it started raining the ceiling caved in. They stalled and delayed me for 18 weeks, during the rainy season. I had tarps on my roof and they'd blow off and rain would come into the living room. I had the cash to pay these guys and I couldn't get them to come out. I had to get an attorney. I had problems. Sent one of the guys, the reps out to measure my roof. He had multiple felonies. His mug shot is there for throwing missiles, Molotov cocktails. It took 16 weeks to measure the roof. And then they send this guy who has multiple felonies. It cost me $2000 in damage in my home because of the delay. He had to measure and then come back the next day to remeasure. He must have been on drugs because he left his tablet, phone, and computer on my roof then called me two days later and said "Did I live my tablet on your roof?" He kept asking the same questions. He had to be high on something. He wasn't competent. He tried to tell me the down payment was suppose to be 25-30% and he charged me 40%. Then he kept my money. He kept $5800 of my money and I had to go get an attorney to get my deposit back because he delayed over 16 weeks and I had the additional damage because of that. He should be put out of business. I got a hold of the Better Business Bureau and went through the Tallahassee Governors office and had to go through the Consumer Protection Agency. They should be red flagged. It took 8 weeks for the appraiser to come out. He just wanted to s***** and grab my money. I had to fight tooth and nail to get my money back. They wanted over $18,000 for the full job. I did a lot of checking and they had their license twice. There had two guys who were suppose to be their appraisal and never showed. The owner has a great talking voice. He sounds educated. He looks professional. He doesn't back it up with facts. The stalls and delays and excuses and lies. It gets old after awhile. They wouldn't answer emails, texts, or phone calls. I would call on different calls that weren't blocked and I'd get through. Then they'd say it was going to be a few more weeks. I wouldn't even give this provider another look.

First off. I gave them 14 days to respond to my complaint. I have not heard back. I contacted them to get a new Lead Roof Flashing added to my roof. The contractor, Buck, came out the next day for an estimate. He told me that it would be $100 to replace the Lead Roof Flashing. He also asked if I had roof shingles for the roof. I said yes, and they were in the garage. We agreed on the $100 price for replacing the damaged Lead Roof Flashing. He came out the next day when I was not there and took my shingles. When I inspected the roof a few days later, I noticed that he only did a Roof Boot instead of replacing the whole Flashing component. I called him and he said that was all it needed and it was up to code. I said OK, but were are the shingles you took. He said he put them in his truck and he could bring them back later. I have not received those shingles back yet. I contacted the company and told them my issue. I had the part myself for $25 from Home Depot, but needed the job done by a roofer. I could of done the Roof Boot myself, but I wanted the whole component replaced. I asked for my shingles back and a refund of some of the work that I was promised. I have not heard back from them since.

This company was terrific! They responded quickly for the free quote, and then once we signed the co tract, they completed the job the following week! Mike and his team did an excellent job, were extremely professional, and cleaned up when the job was finished. I highly recommend this company for all of your roofing needs!
