 + -1 moreTotal Rip off and again, will charge you for fixing your pump and test your water and then when the solution doesnt work they will tell you that you need to continue to purchase more solution because you didnt use it correctly. When you complain that you have spent close to $300 and the problem is exactly the same as when you started they will then explain that its "self service" and they just supply the product. They also will tell you that its impossible to know whether you have an issue with the pump, the solution, etc.I need to get involved in a business like that where they will sell you everything and take your money but offer nothing in return or take any accountability for the products they sold not working. Please take a look at my other reviews and you can see for yourself that most often I am happy to report on companies that give great service and deserve to be praised and hope to help them out with new clients. I am doing this review to warn others to not hire this company for anything. Just google "Pump N Parts, Florida Rust, Suncoast Rust.......and other variations and check the names and you will see they cant figure out what company name they should go with at this point.
Description of Work: This company is one of three that are all essentially the same company with the same principles. The company we worked with was Pump N Parts and Florida Rust comes up with the same owners and principles as well as Suncoast Rust. Do not hire this company to do any "testing" or purchase anything from them. They will string you along and tell you that this is broken, your not doing this right, We arent a full service company, etc etc etc..They will charge you to fix the pump then they will test the water and sell you the mixture that they determine is needed based on the test and then guess what??? When the solution doesnt stop the issue they will tell you that its the pump again, you arent using the correct amount, and also you need to contact the manufacturer about the solution. They certainly have no issues taking money from you but lets hope you dont have any problems. I will be happy to post all of the my email correspondence once I see the rebuttal disputing all of this. The reason they have so many different names for the same company is so they can scam you and its very difficult to "google" it and even figure out who you are dealing with. I should have known when I couldnt find anything about them listed on Angies List.
