The office addition went very well! Fields construction did a great job and they have a high standard for their work. I was quite impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of workmanship. I would most definitely hire them again and refer them to anyone in need of their services.

The estimate was a little high. Initially, they came right out and it took awhile to get the estimate back. They were very responsive. I may use them again for a quote.

Description of work: We approached 4 contractors to receive bids for an addition to our house. The addition was 900 sq. ft. and consisted of 2 bedroom suites (large bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom) and a storage room added to the garage. We also renovated the interior of the existing house (removed wallsand closets, painted, etc.). The renovations included the relocation and upgrading of all utilities (electrical, telephone and cable). John and Frank were very professional and thorough when presenting their proposal. All costs were itemized by trade and nothing was left as unknown. They included several options, with costs, for some of the areas (i.e. painting addition or entire house, installing flooring in addition or entire house, roofing addition or entire house, etc.). The work performed was excellent, it was done as promised and on time. John and his crew performed a lot of the work themselves (site work, concrete, framing, etc.). We had several problems with documentation for the City (easements and setbacks) but John took care of everything. He even suggested several changes that ended up saving us money on the overall renovation. There was always someone on site and walkthroughs were conducted almost daily (or whenever we wanted). One of our neighbors has already contracted with them to repair a leaking skylight and 2 or our friends are contacting them for possible renovations. We will be using them for renovations to a relative’s house in Tampa. I cannot say enough about the people at this company. The work was excellent and so was the price. They do both residential and commercial work and I understand why they were so highly recommended to us. I would recommend them to anyone.
