He told us he will fix the door becaue he did not want our contractor to deal with the issue. Our contractor told us that issue was the water leaking through the glass. I have called East Coast repeatedely and he will either not answer the call or make an appointment and not show up. We had an appointment for him to come out today to take a look. I called him to make sure it was still on and he told me he couldn't come out and had to reschedule. I began cursing at me and told me was done dealing with it. He said there was nothing wrong with the door even though we have pictures of the leak. He says it was the installers fault. He is only saying that becase he knows our contractor quit. We aren't able to proceed with any of our flooring work because this leak will ruin the flooring. When it rains, rain pours into our foyer. It is not a problem with the installation but actually a problem with the glass in the door.

They are doing a good job but it is taking them forever to complete. We're in the third month now and still waiting. They even have key so they can come and go when we're away but it has been too unreliable and we're ready to move on with other things.
