Doll Bros Carpet Dry Cleaning

I had phoned the office and Mrs. Doll answered and understood what I needed and how quickly as we have a small resort at the beach and I only had 10 days to transition after a very busy summer to ready everything for labor day and the busy season that followed. In addition to the usual heavy summer traffic dirt and grime on the tile floors we have had road construction all summer with excessive dirt and sand ground into the grout and tile, as well as the usual sweat and suntan oils on the couches and in the leather recliners. She said her son Aaron would be out on Thursday morning to give an estimate and they would free up time to begin on Friday (Aaron even came in to finish a unit that Saturday morning) and again Tues, Wed. and by Thursday he was all done. They even had to call the supplier to have a special chemical shipped in to try to attack the oils inbedded in the leather. I think they had to do a three or maybe four step application to treat, clean and condition the leather. Three of the chairs turned into a restoration instead of just a cleaning, which was explained to me and I was given the option. Some chairs he had to do twice so it would meet his expectations (not mine). They were a great company to work with as far as communication, trust and pride in their work. They knew that we ran a tight ship here with the highest of standards and they rose to the occasion. Thanks Doll Bros. (especially Aaron) we will see you after the next dirty season.

The folks at Doll Bros were very accommodating and rearranged schedules to meet our needs. They were friendly, professional and the service they provided was excellent. Did a good and thorough job of cleaning carpets. He moved furniture where needed. At the conclusion of the job the carpets were not too wet and dried completely in a couple of hours.

The technician did a very good job of explaining the procedure. Certain stains in the carpet I knew could not be removed, but the technician used all cleaners available and the carpet looked great when he was finished. Overall I was very satisfied with the work.

I ended up cleaning my sofa myself with spray upholstery cleaner. It was an improvement but certainly not what I had in mind for a professional cleaning.

Aaron was prompt, polite, and very efficient. Our tile was extremely filthy from years of neglect and he worked for almost 7 hours to transform it to its original color.

Aaron cleaned both sides and the edges of our 6 removable cushions. He was very careful of our furniture in both rooms. We were told to have our a/c on prior to the job. Good advice! Our fans were turned on as he left.

The quality of the work and service is truly exceptional and they followed up to make sure I was happy with the service and work.

Found them on Angies list and read great reviews. I liked the idea of the dry cleaning instead of carpets getting so wet. Since the carpet had never been cleaned and was over 6 years old, I thought it came out really nice. I have two large dogs and 2 cats and two teenagers so there were spots. All spots came clean especially infront of the couch in family room. They arrived on time and was very professional and also left a small bottle of spot cleaner that works great. Would definitely use again.

Rep had called to update arrival time within planned window. He did a thorough effective job, explaining in detail as he went.

Mr. Doll arrived promptly on time, explained the process and was very professional. He left a bottle of Spot Out and a pamphlet on how best to address carpet stains. A very good experience.

Chad was here within the time specified. Explained what he would do. Pre-spotted bad stains. Carpets looked like new when he was finished.

Aaron is very charismatic. I felt comfortable with him in my home. Pricing was very fair and quality of work was 100%.

It was a very positive experience from the start. This is a family owned and operated business and my appointment was made by Mrs. Doll. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. Son, Aaron, arrived at the appointed time. He was also very nice and friendly. My carpet was nasty and I didn't hold out much hope for how it would turn out, but I was amazed at how clean he was able to get it. Spots I thought would never come out, disappeared. I was so pleased with the outcome and will definitely be calling Doll Bros. again in a few months to have my carpets cleaned again. I would recommend them without reservation.

The employees explained procedures, wore shoe covers and worked steadily. They arrived on time and left with all furniture moved back in place and even cleaned wood floor that was at entry.
