Doll Bros Carpet Dry Cleaning

They came into the home with an attitude. I was told to just move my small items so they could clean. Immediately they stated they couldn't move sectionals and glass top tables. I moved all of this myself so they could clean. They never ended up doing the work, and when I called the office the guy that had come out told them that he couldn't do the work because of the items I said I would move. Terrible customer service, I felt that they had an attitude with me the moment they walked in the door, and then the worker lied to the management saying I had unusual expectations (I never asked them to move furniture for me). I would not recommend them to anyone.

Arrived when promised. Finished in 2.5 hours. Aaron took the time to explain and check in numerous times. His sister came halfway through and they quickly finished up. He even did a 3rd in the living room for free! Also didn't charge for removing a pet stain from the side of a smaller loveseat. We have 3 dogs to most of the areas cleaned had dog hair. Our carpeted steps were particularly hairy and dirty as this is the route the dogs take down to the pool and back. I know I could have had this job done for a little less money but my philosophy is to pay a little more for quality and also lets honor local owned businesses. The few extra dollars were well spent and I know I received a thorough job. Have used several different floor services over the years including a few major national brands. We will be using Doll Brothers in the future.

Doll Brothers is a third-generation family business. Our carpets were cleaned by Aaron and Sarah, grandchildren of the founder. They were efficient, friendly, fair, and when finished, our carpets looked better than we expected. They use a cleaning process based on hydrogen peroxide, which uses little water. Our carpet was only slightly damp. Unlike many other carpet cleaning services, the quoted price is the final price. They did not try to upcharge for addition services like spot cleaning or stainguard, We will definitely use them again.

We were very impressed. The provider was responsive to our initial contact. The provider was punctual, very professional and the work exceeding expectations. We will be more than happy to recommend the Doll Brothers Company to one and all.

Aaron came on Wednesday and worked on that mustard spot, as well as cleaned the rest. My carpet is a light color. When he was done I couldn't see the spot at all. However, he told me what to do if I saw any shadow of it over the next two weeks. I have not seen any sign of it. The carpet looks perfect. I am thankful!

Chad arrived on time. He moved some furniture as needed and cleaned carpet. Then it was sanitized. It didn't take more than 1 1/2 hours. Chad said it would be damp for only about two hours and it was in fact dry in two hours. The job was very thorough and I am pleased. Better than other methods I have used in the past such as Stanley Steamer. I would use them again and recommend to others. Thanks Chad

I can't recommend this company highly enough. It was easy to set up service appointment with Janice. Aaron arrived right on time (I was told a window of time), and quoted me a more than fair price for cleaning the large sectional. Our couch is 9 years old and never been cleaned, and with a dog and an infant, it was well past time. The cleaning came out beautifully, and I will make sure to get the couch cleaned on a regular basis here forward. Aaron also quoted me a price for carpet cleaning of three bedrooms, and once we get the rooms ready, I will be calling Doll Brothers again to come out and do the carpet.

The house was vacant. Former residents were elderly with a cat. The carpet was heavily spotted and stained on traffic areas and in most rooms which cleaned up amazingly well. Exceptional in every way, fabulous experience! They are beyond great. They gave us many great hints on carpet care and maintenance. The estimate turned out to be the actual charge, no up charges or bait and switch. Dry cleaning process is superior to any other top notch materials and equipment. I will never use another company for cleaning carpets.

Kept contact with me, set a time, was here on time. God bless the fellow who was cleaning, the power went out and he waited over an hour and finally left and came another day to finish.

Doll Brothers were on-time, very professional, did a great job (and the carpet was badly soiled - yet looks fantastic)!! They took their time and did the job right. I will use them again - and recommend them to others.

I scheduled the appointment approximately a week in advance and asked them to clean my carpets. I have a 4 bedroom home with a family room that all contain carpet but after reconsideration, I did not clean my 4th bedroom at this visit. My reason was because there was too much furniture to move and without moving it, there was hardly any carpet showing. My husband and I moved all the furniture ourselves onto the tiled areas of our house. We are 62 & 63 so this wasn't too hard THIS time and it allowed Don to really clean a good portion of the carpets. We knew our carpets were dirty; we had extra family members & their 2 dogs living with us for about 7 months. When they moved 2 weeks ago, we knew it was carpet cleaning time. We had lots of spots and just plain dirty carpet. When Don was done, everything was beautiful!!!

They did a really good job. I had adopted a toy poodle and until she was settled in and comfortable with us, she had some accidents. There were several spots that I couldn't get down and clean as well as I would like. Today the spots are gone and the carpet looks like new. Another asset with Doll Bros. is the carpet is not soaked and in a couple hours was dry. They also scotch guarded the carpet. I am very pleased and would highly recommend.

I had phoned the office and Mrs. Doll answered and understood what I needed and how quickly as we have a small resort at the beach and I only had 10 days to transition after a very busy summer to ready everything for labor day and the busy season that followed. In addition to the usual heavy summer traffic dirt and grime on the tile floors we have had road construction all summer with excessive dirt and sand ground into the grout and tile, as well as the usual sweat and suntan oils on the couches and in the leather recliners. She said her son Aaron would be out on Thursday morning to give an estimate and they would free up time to begin on Friday (Aaron even came in to finish a unit that Saturday morning) and again Tues, Wed. and by Thursday he was all done. They even had to call the supplier to have a special chemical shipped in to try to attack the oils inbedded in the leather. I think they had to do a three or maybe four step application to treat, clean and condition the leather. Three of the chairs turned into a restoration instead of just a cleaning, which was explained to me and I was given the option. Some chairs he had to do twice so it would meet his expectations (not mine). They were a great company to work with as far as communication, trust and pride in their work. They knew that we ran a tight ship here with the highest of standards and they rose to the occasion. Thanks Doll Bros. (especially Aaron) we will see you after the next dirty season.
