This very professional team cleaned some very soiled areas due to an ill pet. They were professional and careful of furniture, pleasant to have in our home, and very thorough. We highly recommend them..

Doll Bros. were extremely friendly, professional and thorough. They were very courteous and careful to keep the apartment clean and tidy. They laid towels down upon entering. They spent a lot of time cleaning and removing stains from my sofa. They were even kind enough to leave some extra spot cleaner to continue treatment of my existing and future stains. Don Doll and his helper, Chad, called 30 minutes before arrival to tell us they were on the way; right on time. When they arrived, Don quickly explained what they would be doing and gave us some information to read while they worked. The two then went to work prepping the rooms and began to clean the carpets. The cleaning process involved applying a cleaning solution, scrubbing the carpets with a dual brush mechanism which was weighted to push the brushes into the carpet and work the dirt out of the fibers then vacuuming the carpet to remove the dirt previously lifted out of the carpet. At intervals, they cleaned out the brushes and showed us the dirt, dust and fiber that they had collected. After going over the complete area, they inspected and then re-treated and re-cleaned several areas that they were not satisfied with. After they second application, there were still some high-traffic areas that didn't meet their requirements so they applied a special peroxide based product to lighten those areas to match the rest of the rooms. When they were finished, they gave us a bottle of spot cleaner and a quick primer on the proper ways to deal with stains. The whole experience was wonderful since both the cleaning crew and the finished job were top notch. I would not hesitate to employ or recommend Doll Brother's Carpet Dry Cleaning again.

Our experience with this company has always been WONDERFUL. They come when they say they will, they do the job, make suggestions, and have always been a pleasant group to talk to. Don and Chad arrived at the appointed time and were most thorough in attending to my carpets and furniture. They pretreated any necessary spots, applied cleaning solution, applied disinfectant and deodorizer, raked the caret pile and left me a free bottle of spot cleaner. They hand scrubbed the cleaner on my sofa and chairs and then used an extraction machine to remove all the residue. Again, the use of the sanitizer and deodorant made the furniture feel like new. I will definitely call them again.

The results were amazing. The stains that we thought would never come out, did! And, the carpets were dry within an hour it seemed. They're very thorough. take their time, and want to make sure you are happy with the results. We would highly recommend Doll Brothers.

I was very happy with the service provided by Doll Bros. They answered the phone when I called, and the person I spoke with was very thorough in describing exactly what was included in the service, and what the price would be. On the day of the service, they called when they were on their way, and arrived within the window of time that was promised. They were very friendly and professional, had 3 people working on it so that it was done quickly, and did a great job of getting the carpets cleaned. The floors look great. I was also pleasantly surprised that the actual cost came in just under what was quoted...that's a nice surprise you don't get very often. I will call them in the future, and have already recommended them to a family member to use when they move out in the next few weeks. Great job, Doll Brothers!

Wonderful! The carpets look and spell like new. They were able to remove almost every stain, many had been there for years! Both technicians Aaron and his sister were very friendly, professional, polite And offered good advise for future stain s. Aaron also offered a lot of local places to visit!

Aaron called before he came, which he said he would in the time frame he said, and the job was done very efficiently. It was a good experience and I am very pleased with the outcome.

We arranged for them to clean our patio cushions. (?) the son came and brought his equipment to the patio. After examining the cushions, he informed us that it probably was not worth the money to clean them as the stains were embedded in the material and likely would not come out. He cleaned one cushion and then left, telling us to look at the cushion after it dried and that if we really thought it was a big improvement that he would come back. He did not charge us for the visit or the test cleaning. He was correct-the stains did not come out. We ended up buying new cushion.

In preparation for moving my Father I contacted Doll Bros. to have a couch and recliner cleaned. I heard back from Janice almost immediately and we set up a date and time for them to come out. Aaron called me when he was on his way and met me at my Father's home. I can't say enough about how nice Aaron was and what a terrific job he did, the couch and recliner look like new! This is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for." If you get estimates on carpet cleaning, Doll Bros. will definitely not be the cheapest estimate. But they do a fantastic job - and get the rug much cleaner than providers that charge less. You deal with family members directly in this family business based in Largo. They are very thorough, and we would definitely call them again!
