My carpets are still pretty clean since they cleaned them a year ago. I need to call them again to come back out. I was very pleased with their work. I highly recommend them.

They did everything they said they were going to do. They came and they were efficient. They came highly recommended by others in my neighborhood.

We went on vacation, and we had someone staying with us at the time, and they had dogs. While we were gone, one of the dogs got sick in the living room. If you would have seen it, it looked like it could have been 50 years old. I tried getting the stain out with some club soda, and that helped a little, but it didn't work well enough. I was almost to the point where I figured I would have had to replace the carpet. Doll Brothers came in and cleaned the carpets in three bedrooms, the living/dining room, and cleaned our two couches. They did an outstanding job. We'd used them before, and I knew they were good, but I didn't think that they could get something like this out. I have and will continue to recommend them.

It when very well. They were very professional and clean. They were able to do the work in a timely manner even though it was two different times. They are very reasonable.

LAST YEAR WE HAD THEM CLEAN OUR HOME AND OFFICE. We were satisfied with the job done, however, JUST RECENTLY we scheduled them on two separate occasions to clean our office. They cancelled the first time due to rain and just this past Friday, they failed to show up and would not even return my phone calls. This was a great inconvenience to us as we had moved furniture and had prepared for the cleaning (ON TWO OCCASIONS). I would not recommend them to anyone. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND WOULD NOT EVEN RETURN PHONE CALLS. WE WERE AN ALREADY ESTABLISHED CUSTOMER!!!!!!

THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

MR.& MRS. DOLL WERE ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING OUR CARPET. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND BECAUSE THE PROCESS DOESN'T USE MUCH WATER, THE DRYING TIME WAS QUITE SHORT.
