The experience was wonderful. They were so nice. I couldn't believe how good my carpet looks. I have had it cleaned before and it has never looked this clean.

WELL, DOLL BROS DOES NOT DO THAT!. THE QUOTED PRICE INCLUDES ALL OF THE ABOVE. A PLEASURE NOT TO HAVE TO LISTEN TO A SALES PITCH. DOLL BROS ARRIVED ON TIME. THEIR EQUIPMENT WAS WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN. THEY WASTED NO TIME IN GETTING THE JOB DONE. THEY WERE PROESSIONAL AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. WHEN THEY DEPARTED I WAS LOOKING AT A 2 YEAR OLD CARPET THAT LOOKED NEW. NO REASON TO EVER CALL ANYONE ELSE AS LONG AS DOLL BROS. IS IN BUSINES. THANKS FOR A GREATJOB.

It went perfect. I had an 8-9 appointment this morning to clean my carpets. They showed up at 8:15, and they were done by 9:00. As an added "bonus" my kitchen and foyer were mopped on their way out. I can not use steam on my carpets and this is why I use Doll Brothers. In two hours my carpets will be dry and looking like new. The two men were very professional and I will definately use them again and recommend them to my friends.

They never called me back, so there was no appointment made.

My experience with Doll Bros was great! I had put off having my carpets and furniture cleaned because I was hesitant about what it would do to my wool carpets. Never again -- Doll Bros put me at ease about the process. They use very little water; it's carpet dry cleaning. My carpets look like new! This is a family-owned business and it is the family members that perform the service. They were professional and personable. Also, there services are all-inclusive; no additional charges for spot removal, disinfectant, deodorizer and stain guarding your carpet and furniture. In the future, I'll call Doll Bros without hesitation. Thank you Doll Bros!!

Two and a half week wait due to backlog. Appointment time was noon on 12/7. Arrived at noon. Neat equipment. Aaron Doll plus one used chemicals; very little water. Deep clean removes "fluff" complete in 1 and a half hours. Dry and moved back by 5 PM.

They (2) arrived on time, were very professional, very friendly, very polite, did an excellent job and explained everything they did.

This is a family owned and operated company. They are prompt, and they offer reasonable prices. My experiences with them have been excellent!

Doll Brothers did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet! It's pretty old and I have 2 cats who try to outdo each other spitting up fur balls. I didn't think there was much chance that the stains would come out. Much to my surprise Doll Brothers got out the stains along with a big pile of cat hair and other junk that had been embedded over the years. Their process uses very little liquid and my carpet was dry and fresh smelling in 5 or 6 hours. They gave me a spot cleaner and a pamphlet explaining how to remove different types of stains and Mr Doll took the time to go over everything with me. I was able to schedule my appointment within a few days of my call, they were prompt and efficient. I was very pleased with their work and plan on having them clean two upholstered chairs in the near future.

It didn?t turn out that good. We had to have it redone. Everything else was good but it had to be redone about six months later. They were very nice.
