I had my carpets cleaned this morning and I have one word? AWESOME!!!! I?ve used many other carpet cleaning services in the past but none compare to the service, price and results of Doll Brothers. I was scheduled for an 8-9 am window and they arrived promptly at 8am. Their equipment is unique and so effective. They removed pet hair from my carpet that has been matted below the surface for years. No other service came close to the extent of their equipment?s efficiency. In addition, there was no attempts to up-sell me?their price included deep cleaning and deodorizing. I will have them back early in the new year to do my tile. Thanks guys!!!!

I looked at Doll Bros. website which was chock full of information, photos, video and testimonials. The contrasting before and after photos are what prompted me to call and set up an appointment. Janice was very courteous and friendly. She did a good job of explaining their services. They were able to accommodate my request to get the cleaning done prior to the Christmas holiday. Don Doll and his daughter arrived within the expected half hour window. We pointed out our concerns and then after measuring the rooms Don wrote up exactly what it would cost prior to starting the job. He also gave us a detailed brochure explaining their step by step cleaning process. They were very thorough, worked great as a team and were a pleasure to have in our home. These are the caliber of people that you would want because of their commitment to excellence. We have a dog so I knew there would be some challenging areas that may not get as clean as I would like, but I was pleasantly surprised. They also included a bottle of spot remover at no additional charge. The results far exceeded my expectations.

Don came to do the actual cleaning. He and I discussed the sofa and he told me that he thought it would be a waste of time/money to clean it at this time as I told him I planned to have it reupholstered in 2013. I appreciated his candor and agreed that we would not proceed with the cleaning of the sofa. He felt certain that the chair/ottoman would not present any problems and proceeded to clean them. He was very thorough and it looks much better! They provide professional service, were reasonable in their pricing, and very pleasant.

Aaron, the carpet tech called ahead as requested and arrived when he estimated. He explained the prices and answered questions while continuing to work. His assistant Chad and Aaron were very friendly and professional.

This is the first time we used Doll Bros. and couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience. From start to finish, Don (owner) was prompt and professional. I honestly did not expect all of the stains to come out of our carpet and it looks like new again! Additionally, Don offered to clean our rug remnant at no charge. No more rug doctor for us, we will definitely be using Doll Bros. in the future and will recommend this company to all of our friends.

I purchased two used upholstered living room chairs. I called Doll Bros to clean these chairs because I used them in July to clean my carpets and another upholstered chair, and was quite satisfied. Janice thoroughly cleaned the two chairs in one hour. I let them dry for about three hours, as requested, and am completely satisfied. They look like new.

Trying to sell my place. All the carpets are high quality but the one in the most used room, front bedroom, had become so badly stained and dirty, I thought I would have to replace it to sell. A friend rec Doll Bros., said they used a different and much more effective method than the others. I had tried many others and it would look clean for a short period after they were done, but the stains would wick back up very quickly. Doll Bros came, much less odor, and no heavy hoses drageed into the house, and they were great. The carpet looks like new, and stays that way, no old stains wicking back up. They are in a league of their own, Iwould never use anybody else, ever. The best of the best, no doubt about it. Do yourself a favor, and have it done once, the right way by Doll Bros.

The two men who came were very nice, but I felt that they overcharged us. I feel this way because they charged us the same rate as their last visit, but they didn't have to do as much work this time. This is unusual as I have used the company several times before, and it always did good work.

They insisted that we told them not to do one room. We had used them for years. The owner is one of those guys that has to be right, he is never wrong. The job they did was acceptable. We asked him to clean all the rooms; I don’t know why we wouldn’t have him clean a room. There is no indication on the work order that we excluded a room. I wouldn’t do business with him a gain and we had used him for 8-9 rooms. I even asked for written proof that we asked him to exclude a room on his work order. He also did the tile floor.

Don and Janice, the owners, did the job. They were on time and quite courteous. They really seemed to know the business well, and were very thorough. They cleaned then vacuumed the carpeting and the chair. They were finished in two hours. I was requested to stay off the carpets for two hours, and from the chair for five hours. I am pleased with the results, and will schedule them again in one year.

Doll Brothers arrived on time worked efficiently and thoroughly and were pleasant to work with! Fantastic workmanship! Rugs and furniture look like new!
