Description of Work: Cleaned the carpets in our 2600sf home. From the moment I contacted them, they were professional and honest. They gave me a high initial estimate not knowing the amount of carpet that needed cleaned but kept their promise that it would likely be lower than the estimate. They worked me in on short notice and I could not be more pleased. They even texted me a picture of the gunk they removed from carpet. I highly recommend and would use again!

As you described, sight unseen and without knowing in detail we do tend to give a higher estimate over the phone. In every case, when we arrive at a customers home we perform an exact estimate and submit for approval before we bring any equipment inside of the home.
