+ -1 moreThe provider did find one evidence of a wood destroying organism on the exterior part of the home. In his report it states there were no termites found. But once we moved in there was a large amount of termites and carpenter in the home. While doing the inspection the provider asked the home inspector (not related) about attic access and the home inspector stated there was none. There is an attic access and had this provider actually looked for it he would have noticed the access and possibly found termites and carpenter ants. We did call the provider once we moved in and he came out and sprayed the termites at no additional charge. He did try and make it right but this was after the fact that the home had been purchased and we had moved in. There were also thousands of carpenter ants inside and out and it has become an ongoing issue.

Description of Work: Ian came out and provided pest control for my entire home. He also baited for rodents and sealed all openings to my home. I had another estimate for the rat problem and it was $400 more! I am glad I asked my realtor for a referral for this service.

+ -1 moreIan is very knowledgeable about his profession. Set traps and was back in to check them and sealed openings into our attack. With this one (1) year Garenteed I feel comfortable that we will not hear anything in the attack.
Description of Work: I called Ian Mc Pherson (owner) came out and set traps the day after I called him. Five (5) days later he checked traps and closed all openings in and around roof where squirrel could get into attack. Then gave me a one year Garenteed against repeat.
