They found just what we wanted in our price range. Ron pointed out a small error in measuring for one of the shades that we might not have even noticed but insisted that we let him reorder the blind --at his expense--and re install. That is what I call standing by your work! Highly recommended.

The experience was a positive one. We absolutely love the results. Ron and Marya are honorable people who stand by their word. They and/or staff visited often to supervise the work being done. When there were a few contractor hiccups, they helped us address them. Marya has a wonderful design eye, combining fabric and colors that were pleasing to us. She got to know us, listened very well, and then crafted a plan for the room based on our conversations. She transformed our living room into something of which we are proud. Ron is a master of shutters and helped us choose the right ones and then installed them.

Other than being a little costly, the product turned out great. They were on time and did not rush to be able to do it right.

The Creative Design Team, experienced with residential and commercial interior design, did an EXCELLENT job on our window treatments. Marya and Ron Flurnoy specialize in fine furniture and custom window treatments. After purchasing a fair priced television cabinet and jewelry armoire from them, we knew we liked their style, speed and PROFESSIONALISM. So, we chose to use the Creative Design Team to get custom window treatments for our two large sliding glass doors. They are patient designers that waited until I truly loved the decision that we all came up with. Marya said, “I want you to LOVE it, not just live with it.” They ended up designing a corniced top with pinched pleated draperies with banding that matched the cornices perfectly. The interlinings of the draperies are very thick and have superb quality, hiding the light and heat when needed. I wanted the draperies to slide a different way and Ron’s response was, “no problem.” Overall, I would recommend the dependable Creative Design Team to everyone; we will be using them again in the very near future! 100% Happily Satisfied Customer, Bria Barkalow

Went very good, We selected the material ,Shauna Came to house and measured the windows. The material was ordered and work was done in a very timely manner to meet our schedual.
