Everything went perfectly and professionally. Cris and his team did an amazing job and left my home in perfect condition. The project got complicated due a very old disconnect system and required an electrician to install a new panel with upgraded service to handle a new VS 23 year old AC. Cris had a great partnership with an AC export and both companies work hand in hand like total pro's. There was not a single hang up once the job started and we came in on time and on budget. WOW Super job.

Great. They did exactly what they said they'd do and in the time they said they'd do it. They even offered to come back and install another thermostat if I later decided to upgrade to a Nest.

Company showed up on time, permit in hand, and stayed until it was finished (7:00 PM). They spent the majority of the time working in an attic with an ambient air temp of +145 degrees, F. Good company, highly responsive, left the place as clean as they found it.

The men came right on time, inspected my duct work to see if any repair/replacement was needed there and began the installation. It took the day and included the compressor and air handler and new thermostat. The inspectors were called per the permits, which were pulled by Complete Air, and the install was passed. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend them highly. Chris also offered me a portable air conditioner for the day, which I didn't need, but was very thoughtful.

Initially Chris, the owner sent out his assistant to take a look at our unit. We were concerned about the system due warm air blowing through the vents, right after cooler air blew in. Mike was thorough, checking everything possible, but still couldn't pinpoint where the problem was. He contacted Chris, who directed him to check the compressor and capacitor. Turned out the the capacitor was over heating, and Mike replaced it. BUT the system wouldn't turn on. Chris came out to the home, checked everything and found that the brand new replacement capacitor was faulty, and put in another new one. What I truly appreciated was that while it was possible that we needed a new compressor, which is a hard to find TRANE, and costly, Chris cared about our budget and did not try to over sell us. It was his attention to detail, and genuine concern for his customer that prompted him to investigate our AC issue. Clearly Chris not only has a high standard of excellence, pride in what he does, but he is also ethical and honest. You know, Florida in hot weather makes most consumers sitting ducks for unscrupulous air conditioning companies. Complete Heating and Cooling could have slid by selling us the sun, moon and stars, for a heck of a lot of money, and instead they earned our trust. I can't thank Chris enough for saving our system today, and saving us a whole lot of money. and our thanks to Mike for honestly trying to ID the problem, and being a really nice man. We like them both!

I've been working with them for a long time. They have always been responsible. They quickly came when I called them and did a good job. They have a reasonable price and everything was fine.

They did a good job. They came on time. Their initial visit was just for an air conditioner check up and that’s when they found that there was a problem with the coil. They were all clogged and dirty. They gave me a price for it. I think the guy gave me a discount. I’m not sure if I called them for a check up in the first place. My husband ended up picking this company. The original price was $325 and I was getting a $45 service check up and when they found the problem, they deducted the $45 from the overall price so it reduced to $280. I would use them again in the future.

My husband and I highly recommend Complete Heating and Cooling. There was no sales pitch when our air conditioner broke last summer. The owner was honest with us and told us that our air conditioner may run a week or 5 years after he replaced a part on it. My husband and I decided to get a new AC because our AC was 12 years old at that point and far from energy efficient. Complete Heating and Cooling showed up right on time and finished the job promptly without cutting corners. The next day the owner came out to check everything. This made me and my husband feel like the owner truly cared about us and our new AC unit. He answered the questions that we had about the AC unit. We will continue to us Complete Heating and Cooling and have recommended this company to our family and friends.

I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR NOON AND CHRIS CALLED AT 11:40 AND SAID HE WOULD BE AT OUR HOME WITHIN 30 MINUTES. HE PRESENTED HIMSELF WELL AND WORKED FOR OVER AN HOUR CHECKING OUR SYSTEM AND EXPLAINING TO ME WHAT HE WAS DOING. WHEN HE COMPLETED HIS WORK, HE GAVE US A WRITTEN REPORT AND EXPLAINED THE RESULTS. SINCE WE HAVE RECENTLY MOVED INTO OUR HOME, HE COULD HAVE TOLD US WE NEEDED A NEW SYSTEM, BUT INSTEAD, HE TOLD US THAT THE SYSTEM WAS OPERATING PROPERLY. HE ALSO RECOMMENDED THAT WE MONITOR OUR BILLS BEFORE MAKING A DECISION ON REPLACING THE SYSTEM.
