Eight months after installation it quit working. He told me to call them up and have them replaced it since it's under warranty. They told me to ship it to them and they would fix it and ship it back. However, he told me I would have be the one to ship it and pay for it. My plumber took it out and shipped it to them. It took forever to come back and they sent it straight to me instead of to them. All in all these people are not backing up their warranty 100%.
Description of Work: I had a plumber working on my tankless water heater. We talked about having the hard water softened. I had asked him about a Scale Blaster I had heard about. You can purchase them from Home Depot. He installed it for me. It has a two year warranty on it.
