Description of Work: WE PURCHASED A NEW HOME, AND A FRIEND/ALSO A CONTRACTOR RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY FOR GRANITE COUNTERTOPS. WE VISITED THE WAREHOUSE TO SELECT THE MATERIAL. WE PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT SO GRANITE COULD BE PURCHASED AND HELD FOR US. ON THE DAY THE OWNER BRUCE RAY WAS TO SHOW UP TO TEMPLATE THE TOPS, HE WAS A NO SHOW. HIS BUSINESS TELEPHONE # HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED, AND THE WAREHOUSE CLOSED. WE REACHED HIM ON HIS CELL PHONE # 710-0324, BUT HE WOULD NOT RETURN OUR CALLS.

+ -1 moreIF YOU DO CHOOSE TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY, DON'T PAY THEM A PENNY UNTIL THEY HAVE COMPLETED THE JOB TO YOUR SATISFACTION. CHANCES ARE THAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM YOU WILL NEVER GET A SATISFACTORY CONCLUSION.
Description of Work: GRANITE SUPPLIERS. WE SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR NEW GRANITE COUNTERTOPS FOR OUR KITCHEN. THEY FITTED THE COUNTERTOPS BUT HAD CUT ONE OF THE PIECES TOO SMALL. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD CORRECT THE PROBLEM. AFTER MANY, MANY PROMISES, PHONE CALLS, LIES, ETC. THE WORK WAS NEVER COMPLETED. APART FROM THE WRONG SIZED COUNTERTOP THEY ALSO DID NOT FINISH THE WORK THAT WAS CUT CORRECTLY. MY DISHWASHER IS STILL NOT AFFIXED TO THE GRANITE TOP.
