+ -1 moreAt first he was relatively responsive. We sent pictures & he quoted prices, so we wanted to have him do the work. Then we never heard from him again. He wouldn't return calls even when I asked him to let me know if he just didn't want or have the time for our job to let me know. Strange way to run a business. We had to give up on him.

Description of Work: Refinished solid oak table and leaves. Refinished and reupholstered 6 chairs. |For the most part, it went well. Needed a second treatment for the table surface because there were some blemishes in the finish the first time around. Had to be patient and let them take table back for another couple of weeks. But final result was very good.

Description of Work: We hired him to install new Bosch microwave into wooden wall cabinet above wall oven. Original space had to be altered to accommodate new microwave. Was a little bit hard to arrange date for the job. Eventually microwave installed adequately & works well. Also had agreed to repair 2 kitchen cabinet doors with worn-out hinges. Took one hinge to match or fabricate. Was unable to reach him after that even after leaving many voicemails. Even visited his shop to get my cabinet hinge back although was unable, in the end, to get the hinge returned. Because I had problems reaching him for both jobs & due to the very negative experience with the cabinet hinges, I would never work with him again nor would I recommend him to anyone else.

+ -1 moreThey were awesome. I gave them a piece of furniture to match the curio cabinet. But, it did not match so they redid the whole thing without charging me any extra cost. I liked that they were a company that stood behind my work. They were not at fault what so ever but, they made it right for me. It was my fault that I got them the wrong color. I would recommend them to anybody.
Description of Work: We used Boss Refinishing for furniture refinishing. They redid my curio for me.

+ -1 moreI had a positive experience with this company because everyone at the shop was friendly. The person who was going to fix the stool came and spoke with us and explained what he was going to fix and answered all our questions. They quickly fixed the stool and we were very happy.
