Beware of their installers. One of them stole money and other items from our home during the installation on 10/27.

He did carpeting at our other house. I was very happy with him. He came to us. He was recommended by the realtor. He was excellent.

They provide you with what they say they are going to. They are up-front with what they do. What you see, is what you get.

Very well. Everything was done efficiently and to our satisfaction.

We have had a heck of a time getting anyone to call us back. Then when they finally called us, they did not come when they said they were going to so had to call back again. I consider this terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have friends who also bought laminate from them & they also were not told to not use Swiffer on their floor.

We went to the Brandon location (on Hwy 60) and dealt with Roger. Within a week of visiting the store the first time we went back for carpet selection samples, and the next day Roger came to our house for measurements and to place an order. A week later our carpet was installed. The guys were at our house a total of 8 hours and completed the job, including putting all furniture back. The total cost was exactly what was quoted. The job was perfectly done, the carpet is beautiful and we are extremely happy. On a side note: we compared prices with the 2 main home warehouses in the area and Bob's carpet quote was $2000 under. We will highly recommend them.

Phenomenal work by Bob's Carpets. We worked with Adam - he showed up perfectly on time to take measurements, and made sure to communicate with us frequently with status updates. We paid extra to upgrade our carpet pad - well worth it! The installation went smoothly, on schedule - we couldn't be happier.

Excellent! Cost and service were excellent.

Installed new carpet on stairs and bedroom areas. The bad part is the initial install was very poorly done....so much so that much of the carpet was not salvageable. The good part is that Bob's management wanted me to be a satisfied customer and readily agreed that the original install was not acceptable. They replaced most of the original carpet with new carpeting and restretched/reinstalled what was still usable.

I worked with Randall and he was great! He helped us choose the softest carpet for our bedrooms. My kids love it! Great product, great service, great price. Very happy.

I was also picking out new furniture for the living room so I did not have a definite install date. I was assured by Jessie and Jeff that they would store the carpet when it arrived and install at my convenience. They really bent over backwards to make it as easy for me as they could. Joe and his son moved some of the larger pieces of furniture that I could not do myself. They cleaned up after the installation and were very polite and accommodating. I am now retired but customer service in my previous career was vital to our success. This Manager, Sales Rep and installers know the secret to repeat business. They deliver exceptional customer service.

Our installers, Joe & son, showed up and set to work. They cleaned as they went along, tearing out old and then the installation began. What an amazing job they did! They were a great team - efficient, knowledgeable & courteous! We were thrilled to see the job finished and very well satisfied. The day after the installation was completed, Roberta called to check and see if we were satisfied with the work that had been done. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience! Would highly recommend this team to do your work!

Just make sure they don't have bugs. They did fine but the one carpet that I think they laid out first had bugs in it. Everything else is fine. I didn't complain about it, we just got rid of the bugs on our own. The service was very nice.

After a little confusion, everything went well. The installers are very professional and friendly. And they clean up their mess. I was very happy with the experience.

Bill visited our home the next day and measured the area for the flooring. Gave us a price. We put half down and he said he would call us when the installers would be available. Soon he called us and ask us, when they could they start. And It was settled the next day would be o.k.. Installers arrived it took them 2 days to complete the floors. There were 2 men and they were polite and professional. They ripped up and hauled away our old carpet and installed the laminate flooring. The floors look excellent and my wife and I are very satisfied.

I went to the shop at Pasadena and Central in St. Petersburg since it is more convenient to me. A man showed me a few area rugs. He did not discuss their pros and cons. He then showed me carpet samples from which area rugs could be made up. He allowed me to take two sample boards home for 2 days. I decided I needed more help. I brought the samples back and HANDED THEM TO THE SAME SALESMAN AS BEFORE. HE ASKED ME WHO WAITED ON ME. Ony one other customer was in the shop the first time; no customers the second time. He made no offer to assist me further so I left.

the work & the product were excellent. workmen arrived at appointed time & finished at the time promised. I strongly recommend this company

The guy was very personable and he helped me with his advice to make the right decision. It was a good experience. I didn’t get too many estimates and so I don’t know the prices elsewhere.

Installers took up all of the old carpet and put down new pad and carpet in one and a half days. Nice work and left the place very clean, vacuumed, and presentable. Paid 40% up front and 60% after job completed. I was very pleased. New tenants love the carpet.

The salesman was good and the installation was done very well but the only problem we had was that they didn't tell us that we had to move everything before they laid the carpet but we got that straight with the manager.

Installers were very late. Expected them between 8:30 and 9:30; arrived at 11:45 a.m. Two installers arrived and later in the afternoon, one left and didn't return until around 6 p.m. They returned the next day at 7:30 a.m. Again one left around 9 a.m. and didn't return until about noon. Work was completed about 2 p.m. the second day. Had they both arrived on time the first day and stayed, the job could have been completed in one day. However, the work was done very well and I am satisfied. They were also very pleasant and cleaned up very well. It was somewhat a difficult job because I live on the 10th floor of a condo, and the carpet had to be cut outside and then carried up on the elevator.

Awesome... the family loves the new carpet.
