Description of Work: The Bob's Carpet Store on 22nd Ave N, St. Petersburg installed carpet in my florida room on Dec 8, 2016. Upon completion, a very visible seam existed. They came out and reseamed it but a seam still was very visible. They submitted a claim to corporate office and I was told corporate had submitted the claim to Stain Master. I called Stain Master and was told I had no claim and they had no other claims submitted by Bob's Carpet. I then wrote the president of Bob's Carpet and Have not heard back yet, 2months later.

Description of Work: Installed carpets and floor tile in Polk City, Florida

Description of Work: They came with the carpet and it was torn and they tried to put it in anyway, but I had them call and order new so we didn't get it put in that day and it was a week later that it was done and they broke our sleigh bed in the process of taking it apart. We had to buy a new bed. Our carpet that they put in is buckled very badly and I am going to have to call someone else to see if I can get it fixed before the holidays. I will not use them again.

Description of Work: Installed 3 bedrooms with new Stainmaster carpeting, mid grade. Excellent installers who also had to remove the old carpet in each room. Gave me a higher grade of pad. also. I felt the price was high, the installers were superb, but I had not bought carpet in about 10 years so, of course, the price had risen. Had used Bob's Carpet several times over the last 30 years.

Description of Work: Their sales staff is great to deal with and they all seem very knowledgeable about their products. Their installers are just fantastic! They were willing to move furniture, no complaints about that part of their work. They were very careful about moving our furniture around!

Description of Work: I contacted this company through their website, not Angies list, by using their contact us form. I invited them to contact me for an estimate on 1100 sq ft of carpet. I never had a response. I even called, and the person on the phone basically told me that I needed to come to the showroom, he wouldn't even venture an estimate based on carpet model names I had from visiting a competitor's showroom. Needless to say, they didn't get my business.

Description of Work: I used Bob's Carpet Mart – Largo in October. They put in living room, dining room, and master bedroom carpets.

Description of Work: This was a new vinyl kitchen floor over a 55-year-old floor. The salesman worked with me to find the best solution for the least cost and least disruption to my 87-year-old mother. The installers were on time and very clean and really quiet. They were gracious about moving the appliances and even helped the home care worker move some small shelves back into the kitchen when they were through. Everyone in the process was courteous and patient. We lliked the experience so much that I called to see if they could recommend someone for kitchen counters since they obviously knew good work but no luck there. We're all extremely pleased with the experience.

Description of Work: I went to their store and Roberta helped me. I was able to choose from a wide variety of colors within my price range. She was very helpful without being agressive. I chose carpet for two rooms and a stairway then had 3 rugs custom cut for other areas of my home. Roberta put everything in writing clearly and was extremely accomodating when I changed my mind about something.
