+ 0 moreReplaced 2 sliding doors and one large window in our condo - we are so happy with our purchase and Betterview Windows went above and beyond to get the work approved by our HOA. They provided great communication, showed up on time, completed all work to our satisfaction and were priced competitively - the windows look beautiful and provide great soundproofing compared to the 40 year old ones we replaced. - overall this was an excellent investment and we found a great partner in Betterview Windows - we highly recommend them - you will not be disappointed!

Description of Work: Installed 3 sets of Custom Window Systems 8ft x 8ft bullet proof sliding doors and 2 sliding windows on 18th floor condo. They were very professional and easy to work with. Price was the main reason to use Betterview Windows. They were $2500. less than the nearest competitor.

+ 0 moreOn time and good workmanship. What I really appreciate is their commitment to serve the customer long after install. I've had a couple mechanical issues (minor) since install but no matter how small or big they've stood by their product with great service. The owner has come out personally 6 years later to fix a minor issue with no cost. This kind of service is rare today. Thanks BetterView.

Lots of problems to overcome but these guys did everything to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble. Always totally professional, honest and polite. The owner came to my house and gave me an estimate that fit into my budget he spent time with me to make sure that what I wanted was what I got and in my price range. Shortly thereafter I was very pleased when the installers came out, you could tell that they really knew what they were doing, they worked quickly and professionaly and I was more than happy with the completed job. I really love my new windows and love that I have hurricane protection too.
