+ -1 moreAfter numerous attempts to get it done right I finally gave up and requested a "formal refund". Months have passed and most of the refund has been received due to the persistence of Jeanne Beck.(refunded $550.00) Terry Beck promised a refund back in December 2016. Never hear from him after that.
