Description of Work: The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful, I do feel however that their prices are steep. I called them over to help hook up a smart thermostat that needed a C-wire, but I was unable to locate on on my HVAC unit. After some looking at it, he finally figured it out and we were able to hook it up with the existing wiring. I suggested the option of running a new thermostat line, which was under 10ft to the wall, that would have cost $500, which seems really expensive and would have not made sense to pay that much for my issue. Either way, I recommend them for their knowledgeable staff and hopefully you don't need too much work done or it will cost you a lot.

Description of Work: Replaced air conditioner they sent a quality control person after the job was finished came back a week later to add new and additional insulation. Very knowledgeable installation people the quality control person knew what he was doing they will come back any year to do a check up and make sure everything is running correctly free of charge they offer a one year on labor and 10 year on parts and their extended warranty is reasonable for the additional nine year On labor. Very customer service oriented. I would recommend this company to anyone great service nice people and very knowledgeable .

Description of Work: What a refreshing experience! Easy to set up appointment - they showed up on time - actually a bit early :) the service tech couldn't have been nicer. And for once - they didn't try to up-sale me. Very professional company. I will definitely do more business with them!
