Description of Work: They come twice a year to clean out the filters and check everything. They check the condensers and make sure everything is running right. They are very good. I have a maintenance contract with them.

Description of Work: My A/C was not turning on. They found a burnt wire and had it fixed for under $200. Even though it was a small repair they were honest and did not attempt to upsell me.

Description of Work: Have used them several times, but question their pricing. Had a bad a/c coil & was priced some crazy amount to replace. Got an estimate from another company for the work, only to find out the parts were under warranty. Bay Area just wanted $$. A family member got an estimate for new a/c unit, 2 companies, same product... these guys were $1500 more. Buyer beware.

As you stated, you have been a valued customer of ours for quite a while. In our defense, we never informed you your parts weren't under warranty because they were indeed under warranty. Regarding our charge for labor, while we aren't always the least expensive option, we do work diligently to provide fair, competitive pricing. It should be noted that we received a fantastic call from one of your family members late last week complimenting the quality of our work and pricing on a job we completed for them.
