Tech arrived on time...very professional....spent over an hour inspecting and cleaning system. He then gave us a detailed report of what was good and what needed fixing. Some of the fixes he said we could do ourselves, and some needed more work. We decided to have the coolant levels brought back to spec., and did some of the minor stuff ourselves. Considering that the system was near the end of it's useful life....we opted to wait until it died to make the major repairs.

They showed up on time and actually fixed a problem with my air handler that I was unaware of. The technician showed me where the drain was having an issue that created the problem. The work was completed in a timely manner with no extra charge for the drain problem. They were very professional from booking the appointment, service, and even did a follow up call to make sure everything went well. I will definitely use them in the future.

A list tune up: I paid Angie's List $49.00 for a tune up on top of that, they charged me $288.18 for cleaning and reading spec's. This price is awful and I would never call them again. I was very upset with Angie's List for recommending them so highly. This may be fine for a lot of people who have money to throw around, but I do not.

A list $55 service and $50.00 credit. I paid Angie's List. I had no air, they checked and no visible leak found, valve was loose, tightened valve 2.5 lbs of R-22 R $92.42 PER LB. bill was $187.85.

That went very well. Jim came on time, and the office gave us a heads up call of when he would be here too. The technician, Jim, explained what he was doing and knew what he was doing on the HVAC unit. We did purchase a extended warranty through them too. The technician seemed to be very informed. We got this deal because we just moved into this home and we did not know much about HVAC. He took the time to help answer our questions and gave us some great feedback. We got a good a service for what we paid for.

The deal was suppose to include cleaning ac coils. The person said they were too dirty and I would have to pay $2oo extra dollars to get them cleaned. I do not have ad on me so I am not sure that I put the exact amount of payment down and also not sure I got the name completely right. Any questions please let me know. I called company and they said they would refund my money. Thanks

The company came out and they were on time. They were very professional and upfront with me. They explained to me that my A/C system would actually need to be replaced so it would be a waste of my money to go through with the Big Deals that I purchased. I was impressed at how upfront they were with me regarding the issue.

Cannot recommend Bay Area enough. John cares about his customers, and wants you to be satisfied. His workers are professional, hard working individuals, who know what they are doing. My wife and I could not be happier.

The install went swimmingly. The only issue I had was that when they called to let me know they were on the way it was at the top range of when they said they would be here. That is it.

Don performed a tuneup on the AC system. In doing this he recommended changing out the large capacitor on the compressor. He did all the work quickly and thoroughly. He answered all my questions. I am very happy with Bay Area Heating and Cooling and will use them for any future AC work.

I was hoping they would clean the ducts all the way out to the vents so we wouldn't see so much dust on them. However, I probably read too much into the description of what I was actually purchasing. In any case, we were glad we had our ducts sanitized and the air handler rejuvenated. It should improve the air quality in our home. The worker was very professional and clearly explained the work he did. We have an annual contract with Bay Area Heating and Cooling and will definitely be sticking with them. They are quick to respond to any issues we have.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was fine. In fact my wife said that he was very good. My wife also said that he was very polite and seemed very professional. He checked everything thoroughly and she was very pleased. So if she is pleased, then I’m pleased. I will absolutely use him again in the future.

He was polite and respectful, and did a thorough job. The office was a pleasure to deal with. I would def use them again.

Bay Area serviced my HVAC system a few months back and replaced a starter switch on the outside condenser. The system worked fine for a few months but the AC went out a few weeks back. I called Bay Area and they sent someone out to see why system wasn't working. They detected it was a faulty switch; the one that they had installed. The part and service call were covered under warranty. These days the honest service repairman is almost an oxymoron - but not with these guys. I have been using Bay Area for a little over a year now and they are honest, professional and dependable. I would recommend them highly.

The were very professional when I called and even suggested ways to save me money for the type of servicebI needed using Angie's lists coupons. The HVAC technician was prompt, we'll mannered and professional. He used up almost 2 hours detail inspecting our system. When he was finished, he only needed to add Freon. But since my Angie's list deal included up to $50 towards repairs, the $50 of Freon was included at no extra charge. What a deal and great service!

Rain delayed the work from a Tuesday (9/24) to Friday (9/27). Just a matter of phone tag prevented on-time arrival, but the work was completed successfully before day's end. No complaints overall. Job well done!

That was very nice; they were seriously committed to providing what the home owner needed. In my case, they actually found that there was nothing they could do and so, they did nothing. And, charged me accordingly.

It went fine, as expected. As they had repaired the blower motor in the unit the month prior, there weren't any additional repairs needed, thankfully. Given that the unit is only 3 years old, installed by them, the repair was certainly unexpected. I think this is more a reflection of Bryant's poor quality than Bay Area's installation or service though.

They went down to check the unit. They found I had a bad motor in my compressor. They replaced it yesterday. They were right on time with scheduling. They had to reschedule the motor replacement, but they were they were able to get it done. The installation went well too.
