Good. They handled it professionally.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They came right on time and did everything they were supposed to. They were good and the work they did was good. They came out when they were supposed to.

. We are very pleased with this company and will use them to service the unit as needed.

Just fine, they were efficient and the service was good.

The Repair Person found a part that needed to be replaced during the Service. He explained what was wrong and fixed the problem for a fair price.

Company was great with their service, not charging me.

The technicians came out to examine my system. They were very nice and tolerated a lot of questions from me. I had no complaints about them. The system was not repairable so therefore I was not charged. They set me up with a sales person to get a quote on a new system. The sales person from Bay Area Heating and Cooling was very nice and professional but we went with another firm listed on Angie's list. Prices were about the same but we felt the sales person from the other company seemed to understand our needs and our limitations better and guided us to the best system we could get within our budget rather than trying to sell us the top of the line. He was a little more realistic.

When they came out, they tried to sell me a whole new system. I was not ready to purchase a new system. They were quoting me $5000.00. I called another provider for another estimate and when the technician came, he found he only needed to add freon to my unit. Everything has been working fine ever since.

They were fine and very prompt. They came out that day and that was very nice. They were very good.

Although there were no extra charges other than the hundred dollars, I would grade them over all as 'B' only because of the filter that was supposed to come along with that big deal. It was not really a filter it was just a piece of felt like material, the stuff that is inside which is used to hold it in place. The filter that was not actually a reusable filter, because it kept being sucked in. It was an inside piece and did not have any kind of strength to hold it in place, so it was just a waste because it kept being sucked in by the air. So, even though they offered you a lifetime reusable or washable or whatever, I had to throw it out anyways.

It went well. The guy who came to quote checked in on the team that installed. The installers were polite and neat. They took out my programmable thermostat and replaced it with the non programmable that came with the unit. When I complained they were out the next day with a cheap programmable so stick a big sign on your programmable so they won't replace it and you should have a great experience. They were not the cheapest but there were bad reviews on the unit the cheapest company wanted to sell me. Bay Area put in a Lennox and I am very happy.

I only had to pay $138.00 for labor to get the motor replaced. Since we had just moved into this house, we scheduled for Mark to come back to do the yearly maintenance on the unit. He discovered that the pan drain was plugged and probably save me a lot of money since the pan would of overflowed when the A/C started working in the summer.

Left info and filled out form didn't hear from them and canceled ...they sent e-mail said Angie's list does the refund ..haven't heard from Angie's list guess I'm out $55 bucks....so which one wants the F ?

The service was good and it was easy to schedule.

The service was very good. They confirmed a few things that we suspected. They identified we needed additional insulation in our attic. They were very cooperative. I don’t live in the area all year round. I had a very short time frame of when I was going to be there. Even though they were full, they arranged a time to complete the work.

They provided excellent service. They were prompt. I really liked the detailed statement so that we could see exactly what was checked and also their recommendations with the costs involved. We will definitely be calling them again.

It was a good service. Overall it is good. It was handled very well and efficiently. It was satisfactory. I would definitely use them and recommend them.

So pleased with the prompt arrival and friendly services that I've already purchased my next service check.

Our experience with them was fine. We thought our heating and cooling system was down and they said that it was the breaker in the electrical panel. The heating and cooling was fine. I fixed the breaker myself. There was no additional charge to the Big Deal. They came out a day or two after we bought the certificate from Angie’s list. We did not have any problems with them. They seemed okay.

When I purchased the Big Deal, the timeline stated was that they would get back to us in a specific amount of time. I was trying to use them to get a second bid when we needed the unit replaced. I never heard from the company in the timeline that was stated when purchasing the deal and ended up using a different company.

I was very happy with the technician who came to repair the air conditioning and service he provided. I was not so happy that we were told there was a coupon for $49.I bought the only coupon on their page for $49 and was not told until the tech was scheduled to arrive that it was not the correct coupon.

Service man was polite knowledgeable and fast. Explained the work that needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand.

They were wonderful. We actually use them all the time now. I would highly recommend them.
