Description of Work: Techs performed system "tune" as a $49.00 big deal. They missed the 2 hour scheduling window though they did call at the far edge of the scheduling window advising of the delay. Noticed some leakage in the drain system which was cleared as part of the cleaning and examination service. The techs were thorough and professional taking extreme care not to track dirt into the house. They spent time detailing their process. Recommended replacement of a "marginal" capacitor which was declined and the addition of 2 lb of refrigerant which they added for $50/lb. The AC appears to be operating well and there is no trace of any leaks. I'll continue to use Bay Area for HVAC problems.

Description of Work: Lady in office, I think her name was Vicky was AWESOME,tech was timely , fixed issue, not really sure what part he replaced and final price was $100 over his initial quote without explanation. House is cooling better,good work, want to recommend but have some reservation, probably just ask for different tech next time
