Description of Work: Replacement of HVAC unit with a high SEER Trane system. Every contact with Bay Area was professional and timely. I was especially impressed with the install team and the overall knowledge and assistance of the office staff. "B" for price? I have always been frugal - yes, that is a euphemism for tight.
