Above expectations! Mark assisted me in selecting the colors and materials for my home. The installers arrived on time and every person was professional. The carpet installers were done by noon. The tile installers went above and beyond to make sure my tile floor was level. I would highly recommend Mark and his team for anyone looking for new flooring or decorative tile, including backsplash.

There was only one flaw and it was fixed right away and perfectly. A great company and great people to work with.

this the second floor they installed. they remove carpet moved all the furniture. they were on time neat and professional. the installer even told me to put something under the furniture to protect. He even went to home depot and bought me the correct stuff and then installed it on all the furniture he put back. I would refer them without hesitation

They were very neat and clean, personable and professional. I was able to reach someone by phone whenever I needed to. The floors have been transformed from stained, old terrazzo into beautiful, modern floors that make us very proud to have people come into our home. Thank you.

Overall the project went well. the technicians arrived between 0800 and 0830 hours and started immediately moving furniture and pulling up the carpet and padding. They then started removing the tack strips and prepping the floor for sanding. After the floor was completely cleared they sanded the floor to make it as level as possible. After the sanding the cleaned up debris and started prepping for the installation of the vinyl. They laid the vinyl down and after it cured they started moving furniture back into the room. The entire job took 1 day to complete, however they did not complete until late in the evening. I was so excited to get the job completed in 1 day that i didn't think to ask them to stop at 5 and come back the next day to complete. There were a couple of minor issues during the course of the day, and they were addressed very very quickly by the owner Mark. Overall my wife and I are totally satisfied with the outcome of the project and without a doubt would not only use their services again, but have already recommended them to numerous friends and family members.

Jay seemed very knowledgeable about flooring and was very patient and helpful in answering all my questions. He was also very detailed and thorough in explaining and double checking my order for accuracy. The two men who came to the house to do the installation were excellent. They arrived on time, explained each step of the process, and conducted their work in a very careful, neat, efficient, and competent manner. When I commented on their expertise, they mentioned they'd been installing floors together for close to twenty years. I was extremely pleased with their work and would definitely recommend their services.
