Terrible experience. They took our $12,000 and did shoddy work, we ended up having to pay someone else to fix all of the issues left behind.

Overall, was happy with the work.

The first job was good but trying to get Steve to set up a second and possible third job has been almost impossible. He has not returned calls after he promised and made crazy excuses. You cannot get in touch with anyone but him for some odd reason. I am not mad just very disappointed and concerned if I need to get warranty service on the job I had done. I was advised by not to use them for more jobs by someone very familiar with them. I suggest cation and I will be posting a similar statement on Angies list.

Response time by Steve was immediate. He scheduled tech according to my availability for next morning. However, since that tech was unable to make it he said one way or another he would either come out himself or be sure someone else did after 6pm when I was done work. He was a man of his word and a Tech, with the initals SR (didnt get his name), came out and within 45 minutes accessed problem with my sliding glass door and installed new parts! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Came out right away with a trained technician and was the only one out of three others who was able to open up the unit and check to ensure that the problem was not in a weld or capacitor before advising a new opener. Only downside was inability to link opener to phone, which was not a problem for me, but made every effort to make it work.
