Description of Work: Bought my complete new 2 1/2 ton AC Traine heat pump 2 years ago with Arctic Air. Have not had 1 problem with my system My problem is that I have never gotten a notice from the company that my AC is due to be checked to comply with the warranty from Traine. Had to go dig up the paper work and found I was a couple of months past the 1 year service date. I called to schedule a tune up last year and they just flat out said we dont have time and call someone else unless its not working. So this year I called again and now they told me they will call me back in a few weeks. Again i never got a notice to have my AC check to compy with the warrenty. Not sure how good they would be if I actually had a problem. I would hate to have to wait a week with no AC until they could fit me in...............

Mr. [member name removed]- The Trane warranty is not effective in any way because you did not receive a notice for a Tune up on the system from us. As for not being able to do your tune up in the middle of summer, it is because customers without air take priority and we do have to take of them 1st and are often heavily booked. That is why we ask for Tune ups to be done in the fall & winter months so that it will not conflict with customers in need of service without air. We take great pride in our quick response & honest pricing. We have been in business and a Trane dealer for over 20 years and have 100% rating with Trane. I apologize that we were unable to get to your unit to service it for an annual maintenance.
