The service was excellent! Lynn really was great when it came to helping us find the right appliances for our kitchen and was very helpful all around in explaining things.

I recommend Appliance Gallery, especially if you're looking for high end appliances not typically found in other Tampa-area stores. I purchased a Liebherr fridge and other appliances and got great advice from Lynn and her team. I did have a problem with the wine fridge because they model number didn't match the description and they delivered the wrong one; however, I had no trouble getting the right model or making the exchange. Lynn even gave me advice on things I didn't buy from her. You can't go wrong by checking out Appliance Gallery.

This business has the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We purchased over 20k of appliances here and they would not follow up with any requests for a refund on a rusted Fabor Hood. We received a Fabor Hood that came out of the box rusted and inoperable. They and the manufacturer only wanted to blame the installer which did nothing wrong except show us they rusted appliance. They would not issue a refund but they did take back the hood rust and all. Now we are out $1500 with a hole in our kitchen and no hood. Please take your business anywhere else.

The show room was immaculate. Nice selection of products and the owner was extremely helpful & knowledgable. The only reason I did not use this company was because their prices for appliances was much higher then major appliance stores.

When we arrived at Appliance Gallery the owner took one look at my kitchen design and felt very strongly that we needed to make some changes. She helped me sort of redesign things and the project turned out amazing. The appliances we left with were great and they were priced competitively.
