+ -1 moreFrom beginning to end, it was a pleasant experience.
Description of Work: Three closet systems were designed and installed. The designer was patient, cooperative, and innovative with our design. The installation occurred precisely when it was promised and the workmanship was very good. Two shelves were missing at the time of installation and were delivered to us before 9:00 AM the next day. The entire team is to be commended on a quality product, well designed and well installed.

+ -1 moreGENERALLY, THEIR WORK WAS GOOD AND THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE. THEY PUBLISH COUPONS IN MAILED CIRCULARS THAT THEY DO HONOR. THE FINAL PRODUCT DEVIATED FROM THE DESIGN - AND IN ONE INSTANCE SIGNIFICANTLY. THE DESIGNED 30 INCH DRAWERS WERE ONLY 24 INCHES. THIS CHANGE MAY HAVE BEEN REQUIRED FOR A VARIETY OF ENGINEERING REASONS, BUT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CONSULTED BEFORE HAND. THEIR REPRESENTATIVE DID CALL ME AFTER I COMPLAINED AND APOLOGIZED AND OFFERED TO MAKE CHANGES. AT THAT POINT, HOWEVER, NOTHING CAN REALLY BE CHANGED WITHOUT CHANGING EVERYTHING ELSE. IN THE END, HOWEVER, I AM SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT. THEY JUST NEED TO WORK ON THE FINER POINTS.

+ -1 moreCAME ON TIME FOR ESTIMATE; PRICING WAS COMPARABLE TO OTHER ESTIMATES; THIS COMPANY HAD A GOOD REFERENCE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY I WORKED WITH. SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DATE FOR THE JOB AND PROVIDED QUICK INSTALLATION. SOME DESIGN FLAWS - INTENDED TO PUT LUGGAGE ON TOP OF CLOSET BUT OPENING IS NOT BIG ENOUGH TO SLIDE LUGGAGE PIECES ON TOP. I THINK THIS TYPE OF WORK IN GENERAL IS WAY OVERPRICED.
Description of Work: BUILT OUT LINEN CLOSET AND OFFICE CLOSET. PUT WOOD LAMINATE SHELVING IN BOTH, DESIGNED BOTH INCLUDING RACKS, SPACE FOR HANGING AND FOLDING, FILE CABINETS, ETC.
