They were professional and punctual from the time they set up my appointment for the estimate until the final day when they finished the work. I called 3 companies for estimates and decided to go with A.C.because they were the only company that addressed a potential problem area that I didn't even think about. I have slanted facia and they fixed what would have been a sagging gutter issue by installing a wedge to support it. They were the only company that noticed this and offered the solution. I have a screened porch and one company had no idea how they could attach gutters to it and would have to call in another company to do that part of the job. A.C. said it would be no problem and it wasn't. They have been in business since 1974, had excellent reports from Angies List and the BBB so I was very comfortable having them do the work and will use them again if the need arises.

The old gutters were too small and in a bad condition with the wood rotting. One of their guys came out and gave me a very clear estimate for putting in the new gutters. They explained exactly what they were doing and why they were doing it. They were very responsive. They were prompt in calling us, and they always finished their work on time.

Well. Estimator was cordial, well informed and timely. The installation occurred two weeks later on a Friday. I had been led to believe the job would easily be completed in one day. Just by luck, I learned that this crew was only going to work 1/2 day, which meant they would have to leave an unfinished job over the weekend. I called the office and politely asked them if they could finish the job today. They politely responded that they would honor my request and they finished the job. Frankly, I would have been highly disturbed if they had left me unprotected with a rain on its way.

My experience with this company was really good. I do not have any complaints with them. Everything to communication to service was A plus. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Overall they did a good job. They did this work when I wasn't home. When I got there everything was cleaned up. I would use them again and would recommend them.

They were very very good. Very clean and tidy. The inspector said they did a great job.

Four screens in our home were in bad condition and needed replacing. I called Aluminum Craftsmen and was told that I could drop them off for repair. We were given a time frame of a couple of days and to call them to see if ready.

They did leave a cable wiring hanging down, aside from that I thought they were good.

This company is probably a decent company for a big job involving big bucks, but none of these company's want to do minor repairs. I think that's a sad statement, but that's what I've found. I realize gas is expensive and most people need to get paid for their services, but not taken advantage of.

Vince was very good. He was right on time and knew his stuff. We would have been happy to go with the company but found a better price from a company we were just as comfortable with.

Contacted Aluminum Craftsmen, and their representative Vince set up an appointment. Vince showed up for the appt 5 minutes early. He explained some of the new techniques in aluminum gutters and was very helpful. The installers arrived right on time and performed the installation flawlessly. I had discussed some extra things to be done with Vince and the installers had everything on their copy that we discussed and added it to the installation. I would recommend this company 100% - as I would using Angie's List. This is the second time we've used Angie's List and have really been pleased with the results. We recommend Angie's List and Aluminum Craftsmen.

I had a very positive experience with this company. Their estimator, Vince, was very responsive and courteous. The quality of the work was fantastic with lots of attention to detail.

I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THEM ON JUNE 14 AND THEY DIDN'T BEGIN THE JOB UNTIL OCTOBER 4. THERE WERE DELAYS IN GETTING PERMITS BUT IT STILL SEEMED LIKE A LONG TIME TO ME. IT'S TAKEN OVER 1 YEAR FOR THEM TO COMPLETE THE WORK. I HIRED A LAWYER BUT AM NOT IN LITIGATION. IT TOOK ME 4 MONTHS TO GET A SCHEDULE OUT OF THOMAS CONSTRUCTION THAT THEY NEVER FOLLOWED PLUS INSTANCES WHERE THEY DIDN'T FOLLOW THE SCOPE OF WORK. NOW THEY DON'T WANT TO INSTALL THE WINDOWS. THEY JUST WANT TO DROP THEM OFF EVEN THOUGH I'VE PAID THEM FOR THE INSTALLATION. THEY SIGNED A CONTRACT THAT THEY'RE NOT HONORING AND BASED ON THIS EXPERIENCE I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THOMAS CONSTRUCTION TO ANYONE.

They were fantastic. Very professional. They were very polite and efficient. They cleaned up everyday. There was no loud music blaring.

They returned our initial phone call the same day and came out the following day to estimate the job. They were prompt, courteous and professional when they came out to estimate the job and also when they came out to install the gutters. The work was excellent, and they charged a fair price for it. We would definitely hire them again.

THE GUYS WITH ALUMINUM CRAFTSMEN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. I FELT LIKE THEY TRULY APPRECIATED MY BUSINESS. THE NEW INSULATED ROOF LOOKS FANTASTIC. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND KEPT THEIR WORK AREA VERY CLEAN! THEY EVEN CLEANED THE STREET AND MY DRIVEWAY AFTER THEY WERE DONE!
