Bob and Team did a new 4ton Heat Pump and a mini split unit for home office. Both work Great. Their attention to detail and customer serivce is the best! Thank you Air Masters of Pinellas.

I contacted the office on Monday afternoon and the manager returned my call later that day. He said a technician would get there most likely tomorrow and he did late in the day. The problem was solved immediately. I call that excellent service. Thanks Bob and Andrew for a speedy recovery.

This company has been great to work with. They are punctual, professional and pleasant.
Description of Work: We had this company replace the central a/c unit in a home we sold about a year ago. They had done repairs on the unit for us several times prior to replacing the unit. We have subsequently purchased another home and had the unit serviced and ultimately replaced.

I had Bob from Air Masters install new unit last November, on Thursday 10-16-14 of this week motor in air handler (not his install) stopped working. Since he had done work for us in the past I called three times and no reply from Friday - Monday so had to hire another company. Are they still in business?

Woke up, came downstairs NO A/C!! Called Air Master at 7:45 and explained that the A/C was out and that I had to leave for work at 1pm. They were at my door at 8:20 with a smile on their faces and got my A/C up and running! I am sending an email out to all of my friends to use Air Master of Pinellas. They are wonderful and I am so happy to have found them.

Called prior to arriving to make sure I was there. Was friendly and arrived on time. Was honest and told me condition of unit is as efficient as it can be for its age and condition (installed and gt;15 years ago and is in so so shape for a unit in central florida weather) in a mobile home park. Overall experience was professional and down to earth. For an inspection and checkup, the price was something I liked. If and when I need to replace my unit, I will definitely consider them.
Description of Work: Performed annual inspection, cleaned and checked central air unit. Didn't need coolant but would have topped it off if it was needed.

Description of Work: The installed an a/c unit thats too small for our house. It keeps freezing up, had a hole in a hose they missed, and even though they came out several times, they didnt even check the unit, just said its ok and left. Bad company!
