Description of Work: Their billing system is completly broken. You will need to pay for services several times, they will retun your checks, then drive you crazy for payment, calling you constantly, and unable to agree on your records. The local office will tell you you owe nothing,, the district office will tell you your deliquint. It is nothing biut a hassle. These people are dishonest and to be avoided.

Description of Work: we put in new sod. Prior to having it put down, they came out and said they could take care of our lawn. They knew ablout the trees, the dogs, the problems in the past. After the sod was put down, they treated the lawn. It was doing great, then they came out and treated again 5 weeks later. The grass started to turn three days after they treated, in two weeks the entire yard was dead, They came out two additional times to look at it and said, no problem the yard would be fine. When it died they blamed the sod company, but not once when they were treating the lawn did they say we should contact the sod people. To add insult to injury, they charged me a cancellation fee when the yard died, there was nothing to treat. Overall a bad experience.

 + -1 moreThe owner, and another man have a radio show called Florida Gardening which I listen to every Sunday morning. It's nice because it's a lot different from the climate we were in, and it's nice to have some help figuring things out. The owner himself, comes out to check the work.

 + -1 moreAbsolutely Horrible. I thought since owner was local radio garden show host this company would be my best bet. They were by far the poorest lawn service I have ever dealt with. Both in the front office and in the yard! I had repeated mistakes where a very bored and uninterested tech would call and tell me he was coming for one thing (like shrubs). I would explain my current problems. The day of service same guy would do 'lawn'' instead and never address problems I discussed. My calls to the office met with very polite people who always told me the right answer...'awe will have someone come out right away and do the back-yard since we (again) forgot to call you about the gate. You won't be charged until it is done!'' Then, nobody would ever show or call...I'd call back and...same thing. Price was much higher than many better services. They leave you NO information on what they have done. I got a bill for shrub care but could find nothing on shrubs...no grandular, no spray, etc. Bad

 + -1 moreWHEN ABC PEST CONTROL STARTED TO SERVICE MY YARD IT HAD JUST BEEN RE-SODED WITH NEW SOD. IN ONE YEAR'S TIME I HAVE LOST MOST OF MY YARD TO WEEDS AND INSECTS. THERE WAS ALWAYS A REASON WHY THAT MONTH IT WASN'T GOING WELL: TOO HOT OUT, TOO WET, WEEDS FROM NEXT DOOR. THE END RESULT WAS THAT I LOST MOST OF THE GRASS IN MY YARD.
Description of Work: ABC PEST CONTROL SPRAYED MY YARD FOR BOTH WEEDS AND BUGS FOR A PERIOD OF APPROXIMATELY ONE YEAR, ON AN EVERY OTHER MONTH BASICS. THEY ALSO FERTILIZED MY SHRUBS AND BUSHES FOR AN ADDITIONAL $75.00 FEE ON A BI-MONTHLY BASIS.

 + -1 moreTHE ONLY SERVICE THAT WORKS IN THE HOUSE SO WELL, I DON'T HAVE ANY PESTS IN THE HOUSE. I'VE TRIED LOTS OF COMPANIES, THIS ONE IS THE BEST! THEY COME OUT BI-MONTHLY. THEY DO TERMITE CONTROL FOR $500 A YEAR, WORKS FOR 5 YEARS. THEY COME OUT ANNUALLY TO RE-INSPECT FOR $65. I'VE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. MY NEIGHBORS HAVE HAD TERMITES, BUT I HAVE NOT.

Description of Work: THEY DID MY LAWN FERTILIZATION AND INDOOR EXTERMINATING. THEY CAME OUT AND WERE ABLE TO DO BOTH. GREG CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. I CALLED THEM BECAUSE I HAD SOME WEEDS IN MY LAWN AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE WAS VERY GOOD AND POLITE. I AM REALLY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
