Sales staff very professional and helpful. Installers did work quickly, though left room messier than we would have liked. Final outcome very good. I recommend Abbey Carpet (Carpet Inn) for quality tile at a good price.

We worked with Pam at Abbey who seems to have an excellent background in design concepts. We were encouraged to select samples to bring home and view in that environment. She was helpful suggesting grout to accommodate the tile. We placed a deposit. When tile arrived, we were contacted to set up an install time. Installer arrived timely and ready to work. There were supposed to be two installers, but one had a death in the family and for obvious reasons could not come. Despite this, the single installer did a pretty good amount of work and answered any questions and concerns. The two returned on time the following day and completed the grout. They departed with no concerns on my part at that time.

I was very pleased with them. When I told them my problem they sent their guy that lays wood over and he said he could do it. They were very professional and did it in a timely fashion. They told me when they were going to be here and they were here. They called the day before. They were great.

Installation was professional and done to our satisfaction. After 2 years of being down, it started delaminating in our bedroom and the seams are coming undone. Abbey sent their installers out once and they tacked the carpet down leading into our bathroom. The seam at the bedroom door and hallway has completely torn away and the carpet is delaminating something terrible. We called Abbey who then sent out a factory rep to evaluate the carpet. We were told that we are "cleaning" the carpet too often........3 times by a professional carpet cleaning company and maybe 2 or 3 times on my own. We were also told that our vacuum cleaner does not adjust for the carpet.. It is a Dyson DC 17 and it self adjusts to the surface it is cleaning. We have never heard anything so ridiculous and everyone else we have spoken to in the carpet industry said they have never heard of such a thing. We gave Abbey Carpet plenty of chances to rectify the situation and we were told today they were not going to do anything about it. And their main concern we were told is customer satisfaction? We are not at all satisfied and will never use Abbey Carpet again. Now we have to pay again to have the carpeting uninstalled and have laminate floors put in our entire home. How is this customer satisfaction? I caution anyone to please check the warranty on carpets very carefully, ie. wear, delamination, and anything else the warranty states. We are very upset over this whole fiasco......and would like some satisfaction from someone.

They were not pushy ''sales'' people. They were honest, took time, and had a large selection of items to choose from at what seemed to be fair prices. They did no trick pricing(raising the price just to put it on sale). I did not feel like they would just sell me anything to get my money.
