I called AAA services. I read tons and tons of great reviews on them. The guy Joe, I believe came out, he said, “get your quote, sure you don’t need anything else from me because I have a multiple contract just for different things there,” so it’s kind of bouncing around. Then I said, you know, this is what I needed and then I went and said take whatever measurements you want, if you have any questions, just pull me aside. Ten minutes later he found me and said, “I got what I need.” So when will I get a quote, he said next week before I go on vacation. I never heard from him since. I’m the buyer, if he is not interested, then I can take my money elsewhere. I cannot grade him for his work but based from the reviews, he does a great work. I did not follow up. I’m not going to hound you if you want to call me, you call me.

Disappointed with the response of asking about my project and then call back later to say it is too far. Do not advertise as a service provider in Tampa if you do not want to come out to Seminole Heights. Complete waste of time.

This was the first major construction project we had ever undertaken in our home. We knocked out three walls, resized a window opening, raised the ceiling and re-skimmed the entire ceiling in our home. The project included installing gas, replacing all cabinets, appliances, counters, repairing/replacing flooring, complete wood floor refinish, painting, replace crown moulding and a great deal of electrical. Our family could have never survived this type of project with any other contractor. Joe Logar was the ultimate professional. He was very sensitive to our concerns as well as our families needs during this process. (Two teenagers living in a major construction zone.) His assistant, Connie is also gem! She is professional and extremely organized. The project went over schedule, but not due to Joe's team. (Inspections held up due to Holidays, cabinet contractor issues, floor refinish, etc.) His team was prompt, clean, professional and generally easy to work with on a daily basis. We felt that Joe was a great advocate for us when dealing with the other parties in this project. His attention to detail was exactly what we needed as we were complete novices in this area. I cannot count the number of times that he listened to me wail on the phone and remained composed. God bless him for that! The end result is truly beyond our wildest expectations! We will continue to recommend AAA Services for year to come! Thank you Joe and Connie!

They bought and delivered the materials, arrived exactly on schedule, performed the demo and installation work quickly, neatly and professionally. All I had to do was make the call and write the check. That's why I keep using AAA Services of Central Florida. They're friendly, professional, fair, and communicate every step of the way.

Loved working with Renee Briggs. She was outstanding! Great suggestions and such a wonderful personality. We would certainly consult her if the need arises.

They were the best at being able to come out and respond. Their contract was very nebulous, it looked liked it could have cost me $2000 or it could have cost me $10,000 and they were not viable for whatever it cost and I needed something more concrete than that. They also said that they were not going to be able to do it for two or three months, they were too busy. The person that came out to see me was very professional and he came when he said he would. When I called them, they responded immediately and they were very efficient in that way.

I called this company for a quote and got one pretty quick. However, it was, in my opinion way to high. I asked for alternate solutions to materials used to lower the cost. Did not hear back for some time so I sent an email asking if I had been blown off. I was assured I was not but then NEVER heard from them again. Guess I was blown off. They did not want to charge a reasonable cost for this work. I have since found someone to do at a reasonable cost. Joe was very nice but can't count on someone who will not at least contact you back.

They were both excellent and the work was outstanding.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out pretty good. The service is still ongoing and they are very professional. I guess there are no dislikes and I would recommend them.

They were very professional and cleaned up each day after working and ensured correct waterproofing. Company employees were very friendly and solicitous of my opinion and comments.

Joe Logar assessed the situation and sent a proposal which I accepted. The gentleman he sent to do the actual work was punctual, very polite and very neat. His appearance was very neat and his work was exceptional. He was neat while completing the job and he cleaned up very nicely in the area he was working. I would definitely recommend AAA Services of Central Florida. In fact when I needed someone to install porcelain tile I asked Joe for a recommendation. He recommended Countryside Italian Tile and Marble Imports, Inc, and what a great company they are also and I'd give them a recommendation as well.

This was an excellent consultation and well worth the money. When and if I proceed with the project we discussed, I would contact this vendor to discuss it in more detail.

Working with Connie at AAA was a pleasure; AAA is a quality company with quality sub-contractors. They clearly explained what needed to be done, coordinated the work flawlessly and completed the work quickly. They placed a lock box on the house so the contractors could get in and do the work without the family and/or realtor having to come and let them in. Connie also worked with us on the pricing and we feel that they gave us a very fair price for all the work involved. We are going to tell the future homeowner of the property about AAA and recommend using their A/C Company for the routine maintenance. Our realtor was initially skeptical about selecting a company from Angie?s list, but in the end she was so impressed with AAA, that she is going to keep them in her list of referral companies. I highly recommend AAA Services and my only wish is they were located in Virginia!

Glenn, arrived on time, despite a closed draw bridge. Gave us immediate options and went right to work. He removed the cabinet, measured and remeasured and made the cut. Then he rehung the cabinet, checked the measurement again, and cleaned up both the kitchen area and the drive outside where he'd made the cut. Perfect and very professional.

They are great. I have used them a second time. The quality of work and the price made them good. I would use them again.

I phoned AAA becasue of their high rating. Theirs ads always state no job too big or small. I called them to have a front block wall repaired. The lady I spoke to was very nice and said since this was just masonary and stucco work that she gave me the direct number of the mason. I called him. We made an appointment with a day or so and he asked how I got his number. He arrived as scheduled and said it was a small job and won't be much. He got measurements told me as soon as he got prices on the face stone he would call me. I waited 2 weeks and no call. I called him and left a message. After another week I called him again and again he never responded. Inearly summer I thought I would give them another chance since I was dealing with a sub-contractot and not AAA Services. So I called AAA andagain spoke to the same lady (Carol?) . She remembered me and appolgised profusely and saifd the owner would be there the next morning. The next morning his forman arrived because of an injury sustained by the owner. I when over the wall to be repaired and stoned and I also showed him a wall in the garage I wanted demolished and also and upgrade in electric. Her stated several times that they remodel bathrooms and kitchens. felt he was hinting that the job was too small for them. I told them that I wanted both my baths done eventually but first wanted the smaller stuff done.first. I also needed a roof over my bay window. He told me he would have the roofer contact me. The next moring a man came un-announced to my door at 8 AM. Said he was contacted by AAA to stucco the wall. All the way through looking at the wall he stated he couldn't that it need to be rebuilt by a mason and that he only did stucco. As of today I never have heard from them again. Never. While I still need the smaller stuff done , I went with someone else for the bathroom remodels.

We were very satisfied with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the employees, and the timeframe - all comittments were kept on time.

Joe Logar was the consummate professional and was very responsive from the estimate to the job completion. As a female in charge of all the decisions he made me feel comfortable by keeping me up to date and checking with me on the status of the work. The subcontractors that he utilized for the various tasks were all prompt, skilled and highly respectful of me and my home. I could not be happier with the resulting work and the quality of the team. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again if a need arises in the future without hesitation.

I received an estimate for work I needed done. They were very nice, professional and punctual. I went with a less expensive option, but if I need work again I would not hesitate to use them

I can't say enough about this company. Their professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work were all OUTSTANDING. I'm an extremely critical and detail oriented person. Having said that, I would highly recommend you save yourself time and headaches and call these people. I interviewed three separate companies. No one compared to AAA.

I called AAA Services on a Friday and set up a consultation for the following Tuesday. Joe Logar came out Tuesday morning and provided the consultation. Mr. Logar was, not only extremely knowledgeable, but very friendly and personable! He provided the quote and we agreed to the job to be done at a later date. After the job was completed, I noticed something hadn't been completed, which was probably due to a misunderstanding on my part. I called, and they sent out a carpenter to look at the issue. They fixed the issue quickly and professionally, and didn't charge for the extra call, which I was expecting and would've been understandable! I would recommend them to anyone!

The work went excellent. They give excellent customer service. What I really like about this company is that they do all of their own work - no subcontracotrs. They were able to solve my leakage problem, where other contractors had failed. If I could give him an A+, I would.

Estimate promised within 5 business days (my max) - received after 8 business days and felt pressured to accept with major revisions) due to delayed closing on home Contractor demanded payment up front to schedule an appointment to commence work under contract (after fee paid for estimate). Contractor started work on "day 29 of 30" under contract and I spent several hours negotiating with the mortgage lender to allow my other contractor to start after AAA Services completion of service (their contract was violated due to this company's delay). Lots of "fighting" over whether permits should be pulled (my mortgage lender required them). Was finally advised permit had been pulled after two of five jobs were completed and I complained about the quality of work. Poor workmanship. Two tasks were redone after a complaint After receiving the final invoice for service, I called an inspection to satisfy my mortgage lender (because the company had failed to have the work inspected). Both jobs on the permit failed. The inspection was called after repairs relating to my initial complaint. I will say Mr. Logar was skeptical but receptive when I complained about the work. As soon as he saw what had been done, he agreed that it should be fixed. Unfortunately, neither job was completed to my satisfaction (or the City of Clearwater's) after the second attempt. 5 small tasks and four subcontractors. Do you want to deal with this? Stick to BiG and LUCRATIVE jobs with this company and you'll be fine. I'm sure they deserve their rating if you (1) have more money than sense; (2) don't understand the law; and (3) don't care much about proper "paperwork". The "A" for professionalism is for Glen. He should own his own company. He was my saving grace with this company. Don't expect timely or proper invoicing. Don't expect the "office" to act as if they recognize your name after you've paid them 2/3 of the contract fee but p***** them off. P.S. I pulled my own permit and passed inspection with the permit fee and a $5 investment in materials. All of the bones were there, but AAA Services couldn't put them together properly to satisfy the city. Too bad my hot water heater and "exterior grade" garage side door weren't on the permit or I'd have a lot more to say.

I needed someone "last minute" because the handyman I had hired had to go out of state suddenly and could not finish the work he was hired to do. I needed the work done asap because I had a closing date the following week and needed to get the work done before then. AAA Services responded immediately to my call for help, and worked with me to make sure they were able to meet my timeline, even though it meant they had to juggle their other commitments. They came on time when they promised, and completed all of the work. The quality was excellent! My son was at the house and was impressed with the professionalism of the workers, too. When I got the invoice, I was pleasantly surprised that the total due was LESS than what I was quoted in the estimate! I cannot say enough good things about AAA Services, and will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs honest, caring, professional and reliable work done around the house.

Not only on time - but early! Very professional and neat. Cleaned up as they worked. Very careful to complete job with every attention to details. Loved outcome!
