Working with AAA Services was a very positive experience. Joe, the general contractor, along with Tim, the project manager and the rest of Joe's crew were great to work with. Always pleasant and professional. All the subcontractors Joe uses were again all pleasant and professional. As project manager, Tim checked in on things on a regular basis and kept things moving right along. Joe and his crew were always very accommodating. Tim even had his guys show up early in the morning to move the furniture and cabinets from the Florida room to the back porch to make way for the flooring installers. Any minor issues that came up were addressed quickly and professionally. There was a flaw in the bathroom window glass. Joe and Tim followed up with the manufacturer who sent out a service tech to replace glass, window is now perfect. Overall, the workmanship was excellent on every level. We even got positive comments from the various inspectors. Thanks, Joe and Tim and the rest of the AAA crew. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new kitchen. I would highly recommend AAA Services to anyone.

In short, I would hire AAA again for any major home renovation project. I have worked with 3 different contractors in the Tampa area, each with great reviews and AAA was easily the best. PROS: 95% of the contractors he hired were great. This was important to us. Priced well, great people, and did great work. Joe & Tim were AWESOME to work with. VERY responsive especially if something came up. They worked around our schedule as well. CONS: Only feedback I would give them is to have the General Contract check in on the job more often. I didn?t enjoy being the bad guy and telling them where things needed to be corrected. After a while I felt like ?that guy? complaining all the time. They came by once every 10 days or so, wish it was 1-2 times a week. I will say they had great communication throughout though and QUICKLY responded to any issues that came up. Note on Allowances: This was a new concept for me. AAA provided a quote with ?Allowances? for the different parts of the project; Electrical, Framing, Doors, etc. This was GREAT for when I wanted to add things or wanted the electrician to do something else on the side real quick. They just added that ?one off? as time at the same rate. Again, when another large home project comes up AAA will be my first and only call for help.

While waiting for permits, I called and requested my ceiling be supported before the work could be done. He sent two workers who adequately support the ceiling/roof. I was not afraid after that. A support beam was installed, and the inspector approved the job. His drywall guys are amazing. The patches cannot be seen. Beautiful finishing job. Every day the workers cleaned up. I could not tell such work had been done. I am so happy with the results. I would use this company for any other work I needed done.

I called for the initial appt and they put me in for the 16th. that worked out good for me. The tech called the morning of the 16th wanting to came right away. I had already requested a friend to greet him @ 12 noon when it was originally scheduled so I answered no. He stated he probably would not be able to make it but would call to reschedule. That was all ok but he never did call back. the office also called a few hours later to indicate he definitely would not be able to come they also agreed to call back but have not heard a thing.

"RED FLAG"......................... I called AAA as I want to add a room onto my house... Connie was very pleasant and assured me that Joe and Todd the archetect would be out to my house at 10:30 am.... I called Connie at 9 am that morning to verify my meeting with Joe and Todd and was told by Connie that Joe would be there... This company has alot of great ratings but there were a few reviews that caught my attention... specifically the ones that stated Joe did not return call, Joe didn't make appt...etc.... At 10:30 Todd the archetict showed but NO JOE... I had specific questions I needed to ask "the man that swings the hammer" as he was going to help me design my room.... Call me old school but if a man makes an appointment he should honor it... Joe did not even have the courtesy to call me.... Todd showed up and did preliminary drawings but could not answer alot of my questions... If you are planing on spending thousands of dollars on a project and the person that will be handling that project doesn't show up ON THE FIRST DAY... do not trust AAA services...

This company failed to show for the estimate appointment, They called to say there were going to be late for the 10:30 appointment. At 12:30 they called and stated that they forgot about the appointment. They never showed and went back to the office. They scheduled the estimate for the next day. They showed up the next day and gave me an estimate of $350 for the drywall work that was to be done. They said they would email me the estimate, when they emailed me the estimate it was $395 dollars. I called the office and they said they made an error about the estimate, and changed it back to the $350. I then scheduled the appointment for the work to be done. They never showed up for the work appointment. The appointment was for 8 am in the morning. I waited until 9 am to call the office. The president of the company got on the phone with me and told me he forgot the appointment.

We've had him a lot. Joe comes and goes, whenever we need him. He's our contractor on different things. They remodeled the kitchen and the bathroom and we have him on and off, whenever we need a contractor. He's always there for us. He's great. He's great in his responsiveness and his professionalism.

He showed up on time. He fixed the door. The price was right. I would use this company again. My only complaint was that he planed down the BOTTOM of the door, and then left me to figure out how to seal it after he had rehung it. If he had pointed it out while the door was off its hinges, I could have sealed it in 3 minutes.

They responded quickly to my phone call. Came out and gave us an estimate to install a door. It was a little to pricey for us to have that done. However they were very professional and on time.

We were not living in the house at the time but stopped by on two occasions to see how it was going. The job was started sooner than expected and the rooms involved were more then adequately masked and protected from dust and debris. They did an outstanding job, the closet looks like it was part of the original construction.

I would highly recommend AAA Services. They are as professional as any company could possibly be from the start to finish. The quality of their work is outstanding. The workers were polite and courteous and always cleaned up behind themselves at the end of the each work day. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Very happy to recommend AAA Services of Central Florida. Everyone I dealt with (Joe, Eli, Connie) was courteous and professional. The work was done well at a fair price. Eli did the actual work and rang my doorbell at the exact moment he was supposed to be there. My calls were returned and my concerns addressed. In spite of the fact that the job to be done was relatively small it was given full attention. I appreciate the fine service I got there and will certainly call on this company again if the need arises and will not hesitate to recommend it to others. Thank you.

This is a wonderful company and if you need any remodeling or construction work, call them. They pay meticulous attention to detail, and the end product is beautiful. Connie in the office is very helpful and can get any questions you have answered. The crew that worked on my house were friendly and really talented. My life went on with very little disruption, which is very unusual with remodeling. You can not go wrong with this company.

Not a good experience. He came in the door and looked around and then cut down our addition and telling us it was a disaster and refused to work it. He refused to take the job and work on it. I have never dealt with anyone that reacted that way. He kind of cursed when speaking with me, which I didn't appreciate at all because it was embarrassing and unprofessional. All the awful things he said was said in front of company in my home. I have had other contractors come in before him and they never made the remarks about this issue like he did. If a person needs help with drywall and if my addition was a complete disaster like he said, why didn't he just give me a bill with a higher cost and just fix it, if he is the professional he claims to be.

This company definitely lived up to its reputation. They did exactly what I wanted and both of the workers were very professional. They came on time, did the work quickly and went out of their way to make sure that the dust was contained as much as possible. They also did a great job patching the ceiling and matching the existing texture. I would definitely hire them again.

AAA Services did a amazing job this past winter in remodeling my condo in St. Petersburg, Florida. There are not enough good words to say about the job Joe and his team did and as a result my condo looks spectacular! Joe and his team removed the old popcorn ceiling in my condo and replaced it with a most beautiful pattern, they installed crown molding throughout the condo, painted the entire condo, installed a gorgeous piece of granite in the kitchen. Modified the kitchen cabinet above the stove to make room for a microwave and also modified the kitchen bar area to make it larger, installed new tile backsplash in kitchen, new wood floor in kitchen, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, chandelier in kitchen. Everything was completed in a most timely manner and at a very competitive cost. My condo now easily looks like one from Better Homes and Gardens. Additionally what was also critically important to me was hiring a General Contractor I could trust. This is because I live Virginia which is a thousand miles from St. Pete. I needed someone I could trust to really do the job; someone I didn't have to continuing monitor. And Joe was a Godsend in that category. Having someone like Joe and his Team who I could trust completely to get the work done gave me tremendous peace of mind. Joe and his team are just the best!!! Finding AAA Services to do my condo remodeling was like wining the lottery!

In addition to doing a wonderful job with the 3 doors, Glen, the craftsman, performed several other tasks like repaired stucco around the front door, adjusted an interior door that was out of alignment, and worked with a plumber I had there to resolve a challenging problem I had by using the door frame (long story). The workers were polite, punctual, and cleaned everything after themselves. When there were some administrative issues I had, Connie and Joe were responsive and helpful. I believe they exhibited a customer focus that is rare these days. I will utilize AAA Services of Florida without hesitatiion.

I decided to engage a general contractor to manage the complete interior painting and installation of new flooring in my new home as I lived 45 minutes from the new place and had a tight deadline which occurred over the Christmas holidays. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I met with both the painter and the flooring people myself to discuss the scope of work. Joe was not present at anytime during the bidding process. I received a contract via email. I was responsible to deliver (and pick up) the house keys to both the painter and the flooring people. I was called on a Saturday morning to give the painters the paint selections that I provided to Joe the week before. The painter stated he never received communication from Joe with regard to the paint colors. I made several visits to supervise the work myself. I did not see, nor did Joe visit the job site until the work was completed and there were problems with the quality of the work. Upon requesting a meeting to discuss the issues with the painting contractor, it became clear that the bid the painting contractor presented to Joe was, in fact, not the specifications Joe included in his contract to me. I had to produce the contract to "prove" I was correct as Joe steadfastly asserted his contracts are always correct and inclusive/exclusive of the contracted services. At the end of the job, and pending the final payment, Joe did deduct $1000.00 to provide for the damage to the bathroom vanity and did pay for a new ceiling fan/installation for the damaged kitchen fan. I noticed a damaged tile in the kitchen after Joe's electrician replaced the ceiling fan in the kitchen and dropped tools on the floor but elected to pay the flooring people myself rather than deal, again, with Joe. I was dissatisfied with the painting contractor and very, very pleased with the flooring contractor. Perhaps I was incorrect in assuming that paying for a general contractors services meant that the general contractor would actively participate in the process. I certainly hope that my experience is the exception and not the rule.

. Were very punctual and professional. Mark with Countryside Tile and Marble was extremely patient with me and promptly responded to my 20 - 25 e-mails and questions regarding the tile work done in both bathrooms and halls. This was my first time doing any kind of remodeling so it really helped keep me somewhat calm. Joe, the construction foreman in charge was easy to work with and very accommadating. Would recomment these guys to anyone. Paul, the man who actually laid the tile is truly a master of his trade and takes time to make sure it is done right. He enjoys what he does and does it extremely well. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks for a GREAT JOB !!

Service was prompt, professional, and overall excellent experience. I thought the work would be a lot more extensive and expensive, however, it was a simple fix. Joe was honest which is tough to find sometimes! In fact, I am using them again to finish work that other won't!!!

Of all of the contractors, he was the most punctual and provided the most detailed info. Based on cost, I ended up using another contractor. However, I have no doubt he would provide quality and professional work.

He did not provide me with a bid so I did not hire him.
