Description of Work: I had been trying to find someone for awhile to repair what appeared to be a leak under my commercial building on St Pete Beach. I had several people come out and discuss the problem but noone ever responded AAA Services of Cental Florida was infomative and responsive and cost less than what other contractors had quoted.

Description of Work: The owner Joe came out on a Saturday and we discused the project which was a load bearing wall removal. I received a voicemail from an employee/subcontractor. I do not know whether they were an employee or subcontractor. I di not return the call until about 5 days later as I had forgot the voicemail and remembered when I checked saved voice mail messages. I called the person and left a voicemail and I have never heard back from them. I did not receive a quote or have anyone from AAA services. This seems to be prevalent in the construction business

Description of Work: We met with AAA in the fall on putting in a bridge and creating a loft area in our home. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with what we felt was a good quote. Description of Work: AAA Services replaced/repaired an exterior, supporting column on one of our buildings for our association. They had to repair cement work at base, replace the column, stucco, and then match the paint to the rest of the building. They did an excellent job.
