Description of Work: I see reviews that they do remodeling of adding and bath and a bedroom. So I called them and asked them to do the same . The telephone operator never understood what iam trying to do even tho I explained her that this was already done by AAA in an other house . She simple said Joe wouldn't be interested as the permit as been already pulled ? Really ? How does it make a difference if a home owner pulls a permit for his own house or a contractor does it for the homeowner ? So they finally denied the work . This is not good.

Description of Work: We are in the midst of the project. This project spans from May 1-May 31 2016. So far, we are happy with the contractor(and subs). I will give an update at the conclusion of the contract.

Description of Work: Were hired to enclose a porch. AAA never coordinated with subs so floor is not level tore up ceiling then put new ceiling over old ,material was infested with a moth like creature i am still dealing with. Poured slab over plumbing clean out. I had |to have plumbers come out and devise a new cleanout. Never cleaned up after work, i did that. Poured concrete used on stone yard so i have to dig it out. Horrid service, bad attitude |, cost a lot for a mess. Dont hire. |Painter never finished paint job (certa pro) put out side door on inside jam so it doesnt close correctly. Had to hire a lawyer to stop the charging for poor service. Way over estimate. Joe logar is not a man of his word. I have already replaced the door to the outside and one window. |Joe Logar

Description of Work: When they came out to do initial contact they were quick and they bid $6,000 for my project. Then 3 months went by before I could get a final quote. When they finally provided it, the final quote was $19,000. This was after they had me hire an architect for $600 to make plans which I didn't end up using because their quote was so much higher than the initial bid.

Description of Work: Remodel kitchen, horrible experience. Very sloppy management and work, most things had to be done over or repaired. It got so bad we finished the painting ourselves because we were afraid what they might do. The job turned out well mostly do to the cabinet contractor who did many work a rounds to overcome AAA sloppy work.

Description of Work: I had an emergency situation with my French doors from my master bedroom out to the upper balcony. It happened on a very windy Sunday, the top latch was busted and without me making a temporary fix of duct tape, the door would have been flying open, exposing the inside of my home to anyone, let alone weather elements coming inside, pet possibly going outside. With an out of town trip coming up, it was an emergency that I get the door latch fixed correctly and securely, so I could feel safe leaving my home. Joe called me back after 15 minutes (mind you this was a sunday), maybe it helped I was a past client, but all I know is that he was there for me and he guaranteed one of his men arriving to fix it Monday morning before I had to leave. He arrived 10 minutes early in fact, and went to work on it, fixed it and told me how to prevent it from happening in the future, if possible. Thank you, Joe, and Eli, for helping me in an emergency situation!

Description of Work: The office responded promptly upon our purchase in Nov 2013. There were delays in getting the design rendering complete, but we did get it and a good quote for the work from the construction person. We wanted to add some modifications, which designer agreed to do. This took a very long time, with 2/19/2014 the last meeting with the designer. We decided on a final design and many details about the cabinetry, telling the designer we wanted to go forward with the work. We never received any response about scheduling the project. We followed up numerous times by email. We would love to be enjoying our remodelled kitchen, but will have to start from square one with a different provider.

Description of Work: Replaced door from house into the garage. Very responsive and impressive follow-through. I received calls from the provider as he researched available replacement doors. Very pleased with the service.
