We are very pleased once again, with the work performed under the supervision of AAA Services. They coordinated all facets of the work from scheduling subcontractors to inspectors, to keep the project moving along. They were always accessible and answered any questions/concerns we had. All workers took great pride in their work, and it showed in the final product. We highly recommend this company for any remodeling projects.
Description of Work: The old vinyl shower walls, drain, & faucet were removed down to the wall studs. New plumbing was installed to accommodate the new shower head fixture; and ceramic tile walls and floor were installed. A frame-less glass shower enclosure and door was put in place.

The lady the contact at the office is really nice and very knowledgeable. They came they got the job done, they cleaned up afterwards and it looked good and I could hang my blind again and actually they hung my blind for me and the lights was nice and they did what I had hoped they would do. They didn't mess around, they got in and out and that was it..
Description of Work: I use AAA Services of Central Florida Inc for lighting and plastering services. They came and repaired a hole and really weird spot that was kinda like above the window but before the ceiling and they re-plastered it all and put dry wall up and then they put new light covers on for me.

If went really well. The windows and door are beautiful. The scheduling didn't always go as planned but there was a lot of rain those few weeks. They boarded up the window openings when they weren't working and protected the inside from the rain. The windows were finally installed the day Hermine came into the area. They held up well during the storm.

AAA Services of Central Florida, Inc(AAASCF) was excellent. We were not experts and did not have the time needed in planning renovations or hiring subcontractors and needed a company that was not only a good construction contractor but would act as a project manager. From the planning stages by bringing the plumber, electrician, and tile/floor man in from the start, exchange of ideas helped with formalizing our remodeling ideas. All contractors were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Every day wasn't complete until they finished cleanup. When the contractors were not sure on a particular plan idea, they would contact me directly for additional information on what we were attempting to accomplish. Then it was up to them to make it happen. Our timeline was met and we were able to move back into our unit by 5/31 with only a small punchlist to resolve. We would highly recommend Joe Logar(owner) and AAASCF for renovations in the Tampa Bay area.
Description of Work: Major remodeling of 1100 square foot condominium. Remodeling included kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom. New cabinets, floor covering, restructure kitchen access, painting, plumbing, electrical. We also had a 1 month deadline(May-2016) to have this completed since we only rented temporary living quarters for 1 month. We contacted 3 Angie's List contractors and received 3 proposals. All were reasonably close in total costs. We felt the most comfortable with AAA Services of Central Florida.

All-in-all It went rather smoothly for the most part, we had a few issues along the way with one of the subcontractors. Joe made it right and I am quite pleased I had him there as a buffer. Due to this one subcontractor (I should mention one that he is no longer using) my anticipated finish was moved out a bit, but I am done and I love the new look of my home.
Description of Work: I contracted with AAA Services, Joe Logar, and I am glad I did. I will agree he is not the cheapest out there, but he stands behind his work and the work of his subcontractors. I underwent a variety of projects from updating a bathroom to all new flooring and paint throughout. The scope of my projects expanded and expanded to the point where I ripped out old fluorescent lighting and fixtures and replaced with LED's. Added a couple of walls and closet, consequently I was able to bring my laundry room to the interior and add a bedroom. Work has been completed and I am very pleased with this Company and would use them again and recommend them to others.

In 1999 to 2002 I did extensive remodeling of my house, which included a large addition. Due to some pre-existing problems, unfortunately the paver deck around my pool ended up slanted toward a corner of my house. At the time, the builder water-proofed the corner, but a few years ago water began to seep in, buckling the drywall. I contacted numerous pool and paver companies about the issue and all suggested a drain but none would do the job. After awhile it was clear that they did not really think that would solve the problem. Knowing I needed to resolve the issue I decided I would need to remove one sliding glass door, build a planter at the corner to block the water, and replace three sets of sliding glass doors with French doors. I reconciled myself to the major expense. Joe of AAA Services arrived, measured, and was ready to undertake the job. Before starting, he suggested he have his team pull up pavers to see if they could instead re-waterproof the corner. They did the work for a very reasonable cost. I waited to see if this would work before doing my review. Tropical Storm Colin just dumped three to four inches of water in the newly-sealed corner. Alleluia, no sign of water getting in!! Joe could easily have just done the big job for the big bucks. I was ready to pay. He saved me thousands of dollars and I give this company my highest recommendation.

Both teams (drywall & doors) were very prompt and professional. They showed up when I was told they would and completed the work in the time frame I was told. I had taken out a medicine cabinet in one of the bathroom and the drywall work the team did to over it up was flawless. The final cost of all the work for both jobs was exactly what I was told in the estimate. Very pleased with the work and professionalism of this company.

They were horrible. I was suing another company at the time, and I hired this company to give me an estimate to fix the damage that this other company had done. I told them I needed the report within 3 weeks because I was going to court. They kept on making promises and on the day before we went to court, the wife comes over with this packet of papers, that she had just xeroxed from the documents I gave her. She had xeroxed legal sized documents on regular paper and cut off half of the document. They charged me $2500 for the estimate. It was terrible. I told them they were fired. I fired them and got somebody else. I could not even use the material they gave me in court. Every time I see the ad it makes me sick. When I hired them they were in Largo, but they are now in Clear Water Florida. I had paid them upfront and they didn't do anything.
Description of Work: I had requested an estimate for an indoor room addition, it was all glass and wood - glass ceilings, glass walls, heated, air condition, the whole deal.

The carpenter and project manager arrived promptly as scheduled with the new doors; did a quick review of the job, and went right to work. The interior wood slab door needed to be drilled and fitted for hinges and handle hardware, and the carpenter did an outstanding job with the installation. I have used this company several times in the past, and they have always provided excellent service and professional quality work.
Description of Work: Replaced a glass patio sliding door panel, and installed an interior wood slab door. Because of the weight & size of the doors, I also needed the contractor to pick up the new items at Home Depot; and haul away the old items when the job was finished.

Joe Logar is a true Professional, we are extremely happy with how our bathrooms turned out. He is not the cheapest but prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of work we received. Sometimes its hard to get a hold of him but that's where Connie his office assistance comes to the rescue. Overall very good experience. I would also like to thank Mark from Countryside Tile for his EXCELLENT tile work.

This client originally posted a review that was completely fabricated by his girlfriend whom I never met! Everything she said in the original review was a lie and we vigorously defended our position with emails which proved she was fabricating the facts which she then accused us of arguing and then proceeded to tell us that the customer is always right. The original review all F's, the second review, all B's now all D's. I am so happy that we did not go into any kind of construction contract with this person. This is one client I,m at peace with staying far, far away from.

Three estimates obtained and decided on AAA Services based on explaination received from Joe Logar of how the repair would occur, reputation of his company and pricing. Pricing fell in the middle of quotes. Once the project got underway, the supplier delivered the replacement wood, four person crew arrived and within hours, efficiently removed the damaged beams and fitted the new beams. Trim work was fitted tight. The finished job was identical to the the old beams and trim, less termite damage. Entire job was professional completed with excellant results. I appreciate Joe and his crew's work. And now the fun part, tenting the house.

From start to finish AAA was here when they said they would be. They were prompt, courteous and informative throughout the whole process. He stated the project would take about 6-8 weeks (depending on permitting and inspections) and he was exactly correct. He finished the project the exact day he said he would. I cannot begin to say enough about the people that AAA employees. After having a few negative experiences with contractors in the past, AAA Services of Central Florida is the polar opposite. His project manager Tim was the best. If you called his phone he answered. He was so informative and easy to communicate with. Every single person that was at our site was respectful and polite and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner. The Electricians that were on site were also terrific and easy to communicate with. I asked numerous questions and was met with exact answers and in a manner I understood. I was informed each step of the way what was going to happen next and when I could expect it to be finished. This was extremely helpful as I was trying to coordinate the construction with another company that was providing the office furniture and cubes. From Joe the owner, Todd the plans guy, Tim the project manager Dave the electrician, Hussein the flooring rep and all of the other AAA folks that were on site daily were here when they said they would be which is very important and was helpful and informative at every single encounter. They were respectful of the office park rules. Where to park their vehicles and maintenance equipment and for the allowed time. This kept us in good graces in our complex, also very helpful. I honestly cannot think of one negative situation that occurred during the time AAA worked on our offices. In the end our whole company is so very pleased with the outcome and very impressed with AAA Services of Central Florida. Lastly we obtained 4 estimates and AAA was right in the middle but Mr. Logar's communication and explanations of what could be expected was what sold us on his company. He understood that we were working within a time constraint and we felt they would keep us informed all along the way and they did. We will work with them again.
Description of Work: Complete demo and reconstruction of an office Suite...The owner came out promptly upon calling for a preliminary price quote. The owner Joe of AAA Services of Central Florida personally came to our site. He asked to bring back his electrician and plans people. We liked his preliminary quote and agreed to have plans drawn up for the construction. He took care of everything, permits, plans and inspections. This was a complete demolition of the interior of an office suite that was originally made up of 6 different offices to make ready for new modular office cubes. After the demolition AAA Installed new ceilings, floors, drywall, paint, LED lighting, insulation. His electricians wired our new area for the LED lights (very beautiful) and the new 9 office cubes. They are are enclosed complete offices with doors so each one was wired for computers, telephones etc.

Un-be-lievable! They did A+ quality work! I had a contractor friend (of 30 years experience) look at the work, and he said he was very impressed with the quality and speed at which the work was done. They removed an old air conditioning unit from the wall and repair it. There is no way you can tell there was ever a repair done. The finish on the inside and outside walls blends perfectly. I honestly don't know how they did it, as my home has plaster from the 1950's, which is very hard to match. The office staff was attentive and friendly. They showed up on time and got the job done promptly. Everyone was professional, polite and of course, very good at their jobs. If you ever need this kind of work, do not bother calling anyone else. They are hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with! They do exceptional, quality work, and at a great price.

I am even more pleased w/ my new kitchen than I ever thought I would be. Joe Logar and his experienced team tore out my old kitchen in a single day. I asked that they save the cabinets for my son's auto restoration shop so they were very careful not to damage them. My son put his flatbed trailer in our back yard and the guys put the cabinets on that trailer for him. Just as they got the last cabinet on the trailer it began to rain so they hurried and covered them w/ plastic. I have a cat and every day they were very careful not to let her out because she's strictly an indoor cat. I was so pleased w/ their clean up each day before they left. They took down a wall between my kitchen and the rest of the home which makes my home seem so much larger. They even removed the dropped ceiling in the old kitchen and doing those two things made a huge difference. I wish I could include photos of the old kitchen and the new so that everyone could see what a difference they made for me in my home. When they brought in the new cabinets they were so careful not to damage my walls because they had to come through a hallway to get to the kitchen. They were also very careful when they removed sliding glass doors to bring in the large corner cabinet w/ a lazy susan. Joe has utilized the same "trades" for years so he knows and trusts their work. I chose quartz for my countertops and those guys did such an amazing job of matching the pattern at the seams that the seams disappear. Joe's project manager, Tim Tutton, was here when he needed to be and he was always a phone call or text away. He was wonderful to work with as was Connie Stein, Joe's right-hand-lady who handles his emails, phone calls, sends out invoices, etc. I just can't say enough good things about everyone associated w/ my kitchen project. There is NO question: I will hire Joe Logar again in the future for other projects in my home.
Description of Work: Completely remodeled my 1956 kitchen including bringing the electrical and plumbing up to today's codes. I love to cook and had lost interest because my kitchen was closed off from the rest of the house; I could never get a true temperature in the oven; two of the four units on my 1980's induction cooktop no longer worked; I couldn't fit my roaster pan in the double sink; and I did not have a dishwasher. My refrigerator stuck out a full 9" from the edge of the countertop and took up way too much space.

They demolished the existing wall and began the prep for putting one of the walls (6' H x 35' L) up. July and August were very rainy months, so there was some unavoidable weather delays. One of the reasons that the wall was crumbling was there hadn't been proper footing or anchoring of the wall. AAA hired a masonry company which did an excellent job of putting up the wall and assuring that it was well constructed; even using metal rods to tie it down. The second wall had a few issues. When we initially asked for a quote to replace a side wall that was topped by a fence and posts holding up the upper deck roof, AAA failed to note that the roof would need to be braced to support the deck while construction commenced. We brought this to their attention and the estimate was increased to accommodate the change. The masonry work was very well done; and they did it without harming plants on either side of the wall. There was also a bit of confusion with putting in replacement fencing on top of the wall, but the issues were resolved. Clean up by the masonry company was not satisfactory, but when we notified AAA they sent someone out the next day to take care of it. There was a bit of misunderstanding about billing (we were initially charged twice for the same work) but those issues were easily resolved when we brought it to their attention. I have always believed that expecting perfection is ridiculous, but the sign of a good general contractor is one who makes sure their subcontractors do the job right. I will continue to use AAA for renovations in our house. Up next...a bathroom!
Description of Work: We bought a house about 2 1/2 years ago, knowing that several masonry walls were going to have to be replaced along with bracing the 2nd story deck to complete the work. We contracted AAA after reviewing Angie's List rating and got a reasonable bid from them.
